What stood out for me is that he was patient and spoke slowly and clearly and addressed my questions with genuine professionalism. I did inform him that I am a 72 year old ancient senior but that did not deter Michael from being respectful, courteous and informative. My experience with BB my car was like the days of old where the customer is served with respect and courtesy not to mention excellent service and prompt delivery. These ...
