I think these shoes are extremely cute, but unfortunately they are way too big. When I walk, my heel comes completely out and the heel of the shoe ends up under my heel and I feel like it’s going to trip me. I seriously can not walk in them. I had to double check to make sure they didn’t send me the wrong size. Almost all my shoes I own are Vionics and I ordered the same size as all of my others ones. Unfortunately I bought these on sale and they can not be returned :( I will never buy a pair again that can not be refunded or exchanged. I love Vionic shoes, they have always been my favorite. I will continue to be a loyal customer….I will chalk this up as a lesson learned. The shoes are super cute, just make sure you think they will fit you properly before ordering.

Very comfortable shoes, material is pretty soft, I wear a true 9 and with my bunions it is still very comfortable, gives enough room and the more you wear it the more comfortable it becomes.I gave it a 4 star because I wish the bottom part of the shoe wasn’t such a light color but a matching color. Great arch support, I love their insert that helps several body parts of mine since a few years. I rather spend a little more on a good shoe with great inserts for a few years and feel betterVionic has become better in their fashion selections.

I love the look and feel of these shoes. I have a slight bunion on one foot, so got my regular size in a wide, they are a tiny bit big but with a light sock, they are perfect and don't cause any discomfort. The problem is that they squeak! I sent the first pair back because the right shoe squeaked. I received the new pair and wore them in my house, no issue, after I wore them in the office, they BOTH squeak. It's ridiculously annoying in a quiet office. If it wasn't for the squeaking, I'd give 5 stars

Disappointed. The shoes are gorgeous in person and I love the color combo of the cream and navy and would be perfect for work. But they are too long and slip off of my feet. I am trying to understand why a shoe designer would equate wide foot with a longer shoe. Make it make sense. I have purchased other shoes from Vionic over the years and haven’t encountered this before and I am quite disappointed. Since I bought these shoes on sale they can’t returned or exchanged for smaller size. Hopefully a thicker inserts can help keep them from slipping off of my feet. Vionic get it together. Measure actual feet before designing anything else.
I absolutely love these shoes. I have bought 5 different pairs over the past two years and they have all held up really well. I am on my feet for 6-8 hrs/day at work and appreciate the lug sole and strong arch support. HOWEVER, the toe box is very narrow and just found out these are likely the cause of my bunion. My podiatrist told me it was time to find a different pair of work shoes and I couldn’t be more upset. On another sad note, there is no 5.5 size or wide width available so I’ve always bought the 5 and thought it was good. (couldn’t walk in the 6s because too big).
I own nine pairs of Vionic and have never experienced anything like this with their or other shoes.I purchased the raffia in an 8.5 wide the first time and they were way too big. I exchanged them for the 8.5 and had to wear blister bandages to break them in. The third time I wore these (with blister bandages), it felt like some part of the support broke down on the left inside of the shoe. I was at work and unable to take them off. The outside of my left foot was in pain for five days, so I have a pair of stylish but unwearable shoes.I'm going to see if they will take them back, as I'm pretty sure they're defective.
I couldn’t wait to get these shoes! I ordered a half size down ( usually size 8 but other reviews suggesteda 7 1/2 and right out of the box, they fit perfectly! The bronze color is snazzy and will go with all mypants— navy, gray, army green, burgundy, and black!I would loved to have given them a 5 star rating but as I started wearing them in my house, I noticed what another reviewer said was true— the shoes made a loud popping sound as I walked like there is an air bubble in the sole. I want to keep these shoes but the sound is off putting! What’s up with this, Vionic?
Okay, they're cute - sure, but come on - Vionic, get it together. Why oh why is the sizing SO off and why does it take effort to break them in?! Okay - rant over. I have fussy feet and plantar fasciitis, so this brand has been my brand for years, partly because they are as great as I can get with out of the box shoes and they are not hideous (they are actually cute). I have loved this brand for years, and have MANY pairs of their shoes for all seasons. I have always been a size 9, medium width. Always. Welp - not here. I tried 9. Nope - too tight and long. Then I tried 8.5 - way too tight and a little long. Nope. Then I went to a local shoe store and tried 8.5 W - way too wide, maybe a little long. Then I decided to attempt to break in the 8.5 I had in the house ... MoreOkay, they're cute - sure, but come on - Vionic, get it together. Then I decided to attempt to break in the 8.5 I had in the house because I was sick of buying and returning via online (such a pain and costly). That did NOT go well. So I went back to that store and all they had was a 7.5 W and what do you know, they fit great. What the heck?! So, if you're like me and it's way too narrow and too long - try going down. 1.5 sizes and go wide. They feel great and the arch is in the right spot. Yeah, still a little break in - BUT wearing a day or two in the house with a thin pair of socks does the trick. Vionic - get it together. This is as close as I've gotten to going to find a new brand of shoes. Spend legit well over 1k in the past 5 years on your shoes - and sent a number of my friends to you. But you need to get it together. this is two months of my shoe life I will never get back. Hope this helps the next person who is on the hunt for a cute loafer that protects your feet and back.
I call these my "work sneakers." Our office dress code does not allow for athletic shoes, but these are great for my office. I wear a wide width, and Vionic is almost all I wear anymore. The sizing is usually very consistent, but I generally go up a half size when the shoe is enclosed because I have a thicker foot. (For instance, I take a 9W in a ballet flat - those fit just right, and a 9.5W is too loose and I will step right out of them. But in a loafer or a sneaker, I might take a 9.5W or even a 10W.) I bought these in multiple colors and wear them often. And with this shoe, the different color combinations almost look like totally different shoes - the black patent, the navy and white, the raffia.)Lately I am nursing a foot injury and these are so supportive ... MoreI call these my "work sneakers." I thought these were perfect. But they’re too big and I took a chance on buying these shoes and now as an educator I’m out 60 bucks for something that isn’t even my fault because every shoe I buy is size ten. The size ten for this shoe is way tooo big. I tried to do a size exchange but customer service wouldn’t let me. I’ve learned my lesson and I will NEVER be buying final sale items because Vionic is not teacher friendly. I will be reconsidering recommending Vionic shoes to my colleagues.
