It's the only mouse I could find that offers a rest for a finger on the right side. Every other mouse I saw either has no finger rest, or its so short that there's no point.

Overall, it's not a bad mouse. I assume the lag and lighting bugs are most likely fixable with some firmware/software updates. I've been using it for a little over a week, but I'm probably going to put it aside and go back to my previous mouse. I just can't deal with the bad buttons.

This is a nice mouse for a mid-level gaming mouse. I'm moving on from a well-loved Logitech MX518 which was really starting to show its age. Now what I really like about this mouse is that it has a removable, customizable weight tray which can adjust the weight of the mouse, which was what I really enjoyed about my old Logitech G5 from way way way back. I also love the ceramic feet on this mouse, which make it just glide like a dream on the soft mouse pad I have. A few critiques are to be had. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to make the LEDs stop breathing. I would much rather prefer just a steady glow. Supposedly there's a way to do this, but Patriot's user guide for this mouse is low on details. Supposedly there's a way to do this, but Patriot's user guide for this mouse is low on details. Not a huge deal for me but all my other LEDs are a steady glow so it kind of clashes a bit. Also, the cable for this mouse, while very nice in the coloring and braiding, is so stiff that it will not straighten out, and it's holding the kinks that it developed from being coiled up in the packaging. Maybe it will straighten out after a while but for now it's continually catching on other things on my desk, which can be a little annoying. I do like that the DPI levels are not simple presets. It comes with default settings (four total) of 800, 1600, 2400, and 3200. I've found that 1100 is nearly the perfect setting on this mouse for most applications and games. I personally have mine set for 1100 as the lowest setting, going up to 1400, then 1700, then 2000. Being able to change the DPI on the fly is a must and this mouse has the toggle switch for that right where your thumb would rest, and it even has a little meter on the side of the mouse so you tell which setting it's on just by looking. Great mouse, got it for a steal at $24, it's definitely worth four times that. I've had zero problems with it beyond the adjustment to the new hand feel.

I would recommend it for someone that likes the button placement and doesn't use a claw grip if you like the 2 extra pointer finger buttons.... and you have the cash to spend on something that is not going to last you a year.
You can't spell Refund without REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Too bad I'm way over the return window. Honestly, the mouse itself only angers me about 1/3 of the anger I feel when I look at my wiring job, and how bad it's going to be to replace it. "Oh, do some nice cable routing" he said, "It'll be Nice" he said.
I use the forward thumb button as ALT+Tab and the lip part really hurts this issue. I'd really like to see a physical switch to toggle all the LED lights on the mouse without it being tied to the OS/application. I'd spend more time looking at the application but the left lip is too much of an issue. This mouse could have been perfect though it will have to settle for being my on-the-go mouse. Five stars otherwise.
The only button that you cannot customize is the "9" button next to the Scroll Wheel which is reserved for profiles. I think this is ridiculous since Logitech lets you customize their default "profile" button in their software regardless of limiting your "profiles", as it should be your choice if you want to do that. Overall It's a decently good mouse and I like it, especially for the price. I got mine on sale for $39.99. With a price like that for a mouse that looks so nice, I'm still keeping it even though I like the feeling of my old Logitech G700 and it's still connected like I said, but I'm easing my way into using this one, I'm just stubborn I guess.
All in all, this is a great mouse. I've been using it for a little over a month now every day and it still looks brand new. It feels sturdy in the hand, even with a removable panel, there's no creak or groan. You can feel that it's a pretty decently well built mouse. The lighting could be fixed to allow for different modes, but other than that I don't think the software needs much work. I'm not really a big user of macros, so until I find a reason to do that I can't really comment on those. Having owned a number of mice including several larger name brand gaming mice, this is a steal at it's price.
Despite the Left Click Issue, I still recommend you buy it. Especially if you use the discount code. I only paid $34!!!
overall this mouse is good. the software works with windows 11 . its lighter and a little smaller than the log 502 . lots of buttons . has ceramic mouse feet . USE THIS WITH A HARD MOUSE PAD AND NO WEIGHTS. IT WITH FEEL LIGHT THAN IT IS.
