I've taken inositol for a while but wanted to switch companies to vital nutrients because it is one of the few companies that aren't owned by a pharmaceutical company. It works just as well as any other I've tried but had a strange aftertaste. Still gave it four stars because the aftertaste isn't there for my partner, and they use it.
