Started using this supplement years ago under the direction of my naturopath. Good quality great product
I was having problems back in 2014 and my Doctor recommended to take the over the counter Vital Nutrients Osteo Nutrients 11 (with Vitamin K2-7) and it was the best thing for me. And boy, did I feel worse when I couldn't find it for a month and half, I could feel my Osteopenia was getting worse and the other hip was starting to feel pain. Thank goodness it is back, so I'm glad I got the subscription to never lapse again, I do recommend it to everybody that needs to contain the bone lose.
