I like this product very much. Since I was diagnosed as severely Vitamin D deficient, I have taken this product daily and my Vitamin D level is now in the normal range! I normally take 4000 IU daily in two doses of 2000 IU. Given this quantity does not seem to be available anymore, I am happy to take one dose of 5000 IU. It does not seem to be affecting me any differently than twice daily doses, but it is too early to determine this right now.

I have very low (like deficient) Vit D levels, after taking prescribed vitamin D in higher doses, my doctor told me to continue taking vitamin D supplement to keep my levels up. This product is a bit pricey but I’m willing to pay for it because I trust this brand and the product has been doing good for me.

My naturopathic physician has recommended this product to my sister and I for a number of years now. It helps to build bones.
So far appears to be helpful for a deeper sleep, however it’s caused very loose bowel movements. May need to cut the dose in half and hope sleep support stays the same.
My Naturopathic doctor recommended these for immune support and mood. I take 1 before bed. I'm happy with them. This bottle of 5,000 IU is a much better deal than the same brand of 2,000 IU. Ideally, I would take 4,000 IU, but I take the 5,000 IU for the price break.
The quality seems to be high, however there is no information on the percentage of the different forms of Magnesium. That would be very helpful to know.
This is a great product to get the best nights sleep. My husband feels the same way, it works great for him too.When I wake up in the middle of the night, it pulls me back into sleep instead of me having issues falling back to sleep, magnesium is the best!!!
It's the highest quality vitamin D3 supplement I know of. It's expensive, but I believe it's worth the value.
RDA levels of D3 are outdated and too low. That's what I have heard from various doctors over the past ten years. I have used this to maintain my Dr recommended levels.
