Check your servings!
I decided to give the Vital Strength Ripped a go. Count your servings as I did not achieve the advertised total servings. It is misleading and will cost you more (approximately 13% by my calculations) in the long run. Note: I am conservative with my scoop as I do not like it overly sweet.... Show more

Energy for those without it
Just over a year ago a friend of mine with CFS put me on to this, which seems to have a compounding effect when taken with MCT Coconut Oil. I used to sleep 9 1/2-10 1/2 hours per day & be somewhat tired & unable to concentrate anyway. Now I sleep 7 1/2-8 1/2 hours per day & have better concentration & energy. It has really been life changing. If you have CFS or some other energy deficiency I urge you to try the small size with MCT Coconut Oil for 2 weeks. You'll most likely never look back. It has the side effect that I've lost weight or at least not gained weight during the silly seasons (this is my 2nd silly season while using Ripped). I've allowed myself to run out once to see if it really was the Ripped, & it was.... Show more

Excellent Product
I use this product when I don't feel like a full meal but want to ensure adequate nutrition. Great taste, satisfies without feeling heavy and one of the few Protein powders that doesnt make me nauseous after drinking. Obviously this product should be used only as directed and should not be the major source of nutrition. Recommended... Show more

High protein per gram
High protein per gram however, there are much better tasting protein powders out there - very faint chocolate taste - i've had the vanilla version of this and they pretty much taste the same. Also ends up with slimy chunks of powder at the bottom no matter how long i blend and then shake for.... Show more

Impressive Marcos, not the best taste
The results of the protein powder is quite impressive, but just to clear things up to avoid trouble. You're able to achieve great results in mix with a good training program and diet, back to my main point this really helped me with my progress (no this is not a fake review, I am real :) The Marcos are quite impressive although the downside for this is very expensive and the taste isn't the "best". Personally, I've found it alright and digestible. I do it for the Marcos and protein, not the overall taste. If you're someone who is all in for the taste then I wouldn't recommend this product. Good marcos, great results not the best taste out there... Show more

It works, but chocolate flavor is weird
I tried vanilla flavour of this brand before, I have to say the vanilla flavour is quite good. So I bought this chocolate flavor...sad. the chocolate flavor is weird, not like chocolate at all, very chemical and faint chocolate flavour... beside flavour, its not bad, good quality protein powder.... Seems to work I think
I think it’s working but to early to tell. Seems to be making me look more ripped and muscle definition has improved slightly. The taste is ok and a little on the sweet side for me. Sugar content is questionable. I’ll have to buy another lot and see if there are any further results.... Show more

Serves good protein - don't recommend with water
I find this extremely helpful in losing weight and aiding muscle recovery, however this doesn't taste remotely good with water. In fact, a bit repulsive and better skulled. Milk is pretty good but a pain having to buy milk more often.... Show more

The Good and the Bad
I've been using this product for years. It's easily mixed and tastes great. Unfortunately, it appears the largest size container available for purchase has gone from 3kg down to 2kg. Of course, the price by weight has increased which means not just more cost, but more purchases over time.... Show more

Value packed protein
I have used plenty of other protein supplements over the last few years and i will have to say this one is definately the best bang for your buck by far. 32g protein per serve plus heaps of other extras whilst still being low in fat and carbs. Tastes great as well. 5 stars.... Show more
