Really pleased with the price and product. From what i've researched, this is really good bang for buck. Has helped with workouts too (bit of a beginner). Will buy again if it's still on sale.

A solid pre-workout

Good flavour and the usual quality pre-workout from Vital Strength. The flavour isn't super strong, so it is very nice.

Awful taste and does not dissolve well

I did not enjoy this pre workout and simply purchased because musashi wasn't on sale and this was the cheapest. Doesn't give me any additional energy and does not mix well with water no matter how long I stir. Would not recommend, better pre workouts on the market.

Best pre workout ever 100% recommend

Great pre workout was rated no 1 in Australia. It lists all the ingredients and it's great because it doesn't have caffeine or sugars in it so you don't get a crash and burn feeling after your workout. And the flavours are really good. And it's cheaper to buy it from chemist warehouse than direct

Good taste. It gave me a ball of energy to enjoy my workout. I didn't feel a crash and burn afterwards which is due to the good ingredients. I like that it clearly states what is in the product which is good. No caffeine which is even better. Great price. Trusted Aussie brand and this product was voted best in the country

Definitely sticking with this one. Very happy with the energy boost and thermogenic effect. Haven’t checked if it’s made any difference in weight loss yet. But hey?! Am well toned in all the right places so a number on a scale won’t discourage me. Taste wise, I love pineapple fruit so this pineapple flavor was a hit for me. Slight tingling when first consumed, but not as bad as other pre workouts I’ve had in the past ( some got as bad as giving me headaches post training and hives from excessive itchy skin)

Low Caffeine = winner

All these pre-workouts products are easy to judge - simply turn over and look at ingredients per serve or per 100g. They all have some combination of creatine, beta, arginine, tyrosine, taurine, etc....the dodgy ones stack the creatine for profits and skimp on the rest.....anyway, this gets 4 stars because of the low caffeine (~90mg per serve).....look at similar products from INC or Musashi - 250mg per serve, which is totally unnecessary and the reason people complain of 'crashing" after their workout; not to mention you won't get so sleep for hours. If INC would drop their caffeine by half they would have an absolute winner (as their ingredients mix is the best by far).

Tastes horrible!

This tasted awful, nothing like watermelon, more like the horrible taste you get walking on to a sweat filled locker room. I tried to exchange it but was told I needed to contact the company. Given the state of Australia Post that would have taken weeks, so not worth the hassle. Gets 2 stars as it did give me a lift as a pre workout should.

Very good preworkout. Highly recommend! The flavour is good, the first use was very sweet at least for me but every use after has been very good.
