The family has been supplementing with other VitD gummy brands and so far this one's been the best. Not only does it come in great packaging that didn't melt in the desert heat. Great effect and absorption in reducing the deficiency and we've noticed better immunity against infections and reduced inflammation. Awesome taste, needs to be hidden from small kids coz they mistake it for gummy candy.

Only taken it for 3 weeks and already absorbed well, I could feel its effects in my improved hormone/mood and immunity. Since we don't get a lot of sun, we take once a day dosage. Ingredients and quality are great and didn't casue allergies in my family. The size and package are attractive since it looks, tastes, and smells like candies.

These taste so good, not chewy or too gummy at all. They are easily broken down and I love that the ingredients are all natural (including the food colouring). I'm very Vit D deficient and my doc told me to get something that's 5,000 IU so this has been great (especially since the drops are much mor expensive). Great value for money. The size and dosage is perfect for me.
I watched a docu-series about vitamin deficiency, one doctor indicated that many females need 10,000 IU's from the foods we eat. Aging does not allow us to get 10,000 IU. I found this product that delivers: sugar free gummy, no after taste orange flavor, and I only take 1 gummy to supply all the vitamin D my body needs.
I received these 7/17/24. The expiration date on the bottle is 08/24. I opened them anyway to look at them and smell them. They have a rancid smell, like when oil goes bad. Very aggravating. I would NOT recommend these vitamins.
my husband refuses to take his vitamins unless they are in gummy form. These are quite tasty, with no sugar (!!) and a high dose of vitamin D when getting outside in the sun isn't always feasible. We started taking vit D supplements when we lived in Seattle (where it is notoriously cloudy most of the time), but continue to take them now because they truly seem to help our overall mood. I strongly believe they should be putting Vitamin D in the water in the PNW lol
