Great quality supplement

The quality justifies the price, to be honest. While vitamin D3 helps your body absorb more calcium, vitamin K2 helps your body transport it to your bones and teeth rather than letting it sit in your arteries and other soft tissues in your body. Although there's something I have noticed, since I put some of my supplements is a small box to take with me out, I have noticed that their color becomes darker as if they oxidize or something so keep that in mind. The ingredient list is minimal, which is great. I have noticed my hair loss has decreased, and my nails are stronger. I highly recommend this brand.

The reason I like it and prefer it because it has vitamin K2 along with D3. Previously I was using another product having 10000 IUs. I used that for a long time but the boost in my D level are not much significant. Although I got into normal range but when I started using Sports research my D levels boosted like crazy. I never felt any taste, I just sallow it.Another great thing is it is based on vegi so I am not concerned weather it contains haram or Halal ingredients.
