I have started using this everyday and I couldn't be happier. It is truly a wonderful machine in the kitchen - the best I have ever used! I make smoothie everyday and every cup comes out rich, smooth and velvety each time without fail.I am still waiting for my small blending bowls to try on salsa and dips :) I should have bought this sooner!

Excellent well built blender, all the parts are very strong, it came highly recommend by a support group for people on a puree diet due to dysphagia, sadly due to my muscle weakness im unable to lift the jug and parts as they are heavy.
Incredibly powerful! Once you get use to the high volume at high speed you'll fall in love with this machine. It virtually turns every ingredidient into a smooth beautiful texture. Getting feed just got much easier and far more interesting.
This is our third vitamix and is by far the best. Easy to use interface, the jug and lid is easy to clean, light and sturdy.Presets on the machine work well, the cleaning mode is particular good and makes cleaning easy and fastStrongly recommend
We have only used it a few times but are very impressed. It blends and chops at the same time. So quiet compared to out old Ninja.

It’s a great tool for a whole foods life.Smoothies are a lovely texture and frozen ingredients (broccoli, avocado etc.) are completely blitzed. Stuff gets caught under the blades but you can buy a separateScraper (which is impossible to locate!) For the investment, I really think it should come with these extra tools.I love that this model will be compatible with the new food processor when it’s released in Australia and I can condense kitchen appliances.This black stainless steel model is a nice look, comes with a well put together recipe book and you can find support and more recipes online.The Bluetooth compatibility thing is a bit lost on me and doesn’t seem to have any extra resources unless you buy the compatible scales too (which the thermomix has built in...!)I hope this is helpful. I read a lot of reviews before getting this machine. I do love it but still have my eye on the thermomix one day!
