The good news is, since it's only one capsule a day, these will last you 250 days. I also like that there's no artificial stuff in it and the capsules are vegetarian. They're not too big either. Considering it's 1000mg it's about double the size of most medicine capsules, there's a lot of powder in there so they are a little bigger, but it's not difficult to swallow them if you don't have problems with capsules.As far as I can tell, they seem to be good quality and Viva seems to be a good company, but I prefer to take around 200mg of Vitamin C, so I'd pass on these.

I love having this on hand for my whole family. It is perfect for a boost to the immune system during the winter months. This product has C and Zinc making it the perfect cold fighter for those who do not take these vitamins on a regular basis. LOVE that Viva is third party tested!!! I have been taking Vitamin C on a daily basis for about three years now and I have to say I can tell the difference. I was one that stayed sick, between winter colds, summer colds it seemed like I was always sick with a cold.
