I've been using these tablets for two weeks now, and have already started to notice a little bit of difference where my hair is coming through at the root. My hair is quite fine and thin, and is prone to damage due to me taking painkillers for chronic pain. My hair strands are growing a little thicker, and they feel springier and less prone to snapping. I do know it's going to be a while before any actual results start to show and noticeably show, but so far, so good. The tablets themselves are easy to swallow, though they kind of fall apart if I use a pill slicer to break them in half. Taking them at mealtimes works well for me remembering to take them too. Recently I have been losing hair because of peri menopausal symptoms and these just came in time and I can see a small change in my hairline . Just small new growth I have only taken only 15 days course yet but sure it’s going to be great . So far I had no side effects to it . . Received this as complimentary from influenster. I have been losing more hair than normal so I wanted to try these and hope they helped with hair density and loss. The tablets themselves are not too big and were easy to swallow. They have a lemony taste to them and you can’t taste the fish. You take two tablets a day. So this packet will last a month. Each packet cost around £57 which I thought was very expensive. Especially as they recommend using it for 3-6 months first before noticing a difference. So that is a gamble in case they don’t do much. I have only been using them for less than month. Can’t not rave enough about this product! The result is amazing. The postpartum hair loss made my hair so thin and fragile. I lost a lot of hair on the top of my head. I tried the foam Minoxidil but couldn’t commit to it cuz I hate the greasy texture after you put it on and I heard your hair will fall out again after you stop using it. I found Viviscal which is drug-free and easy to take as a pill. I’m taking it along with the one-a-day women multi vitamin. I also use the viviscal shampoo to optimize the result. After being consistent for 5 months, the result is amazing. The bald part on top of my head is almost gone. So many new hair grows and my hair feels thick and strong again.
