This is the second keyboard that I was shipped. The first had broken side rails and this one came with no instructions and no keyboard guide. The box came in all wrapped up with tape and banding - it had been returned and was not brand new. The box was gobbled together with staples. I was not going to return it a second time, so I struggled through the learning process. It is a nice heavy keyboard and should last a good while. I would advise you to purchase your products elsewhere unless it states it is new and never been opened. I have the photos to show anyone. It's tough on a 77 year old man....
