I love these shoes! I’ve tried different bands, but not as good. I’ve had multiple pairs of these. I usually run 8-15km, 2-3 times a week, and more if training for an event. My last pair did nearly 900km before the sole wore through on outside of my feet (I overpronate). I wear them as casuals also. Beware though, don’t trail run in them, especially if rocky, the soles are thin.

These are a staple for me & I hope that Vivo always continues manufacturing them. I was a bit disappointed a couple of years ago where I felt that the construction quality had dropped a bit (insoles not fitting properly, drop in quality of stitching etc) but looks like it is back to the standard I expect of Vivo. Really good all round barefoot shoe. I will say that the models of yesteryears were broader (but that could just me being nostalgic). Also very happy with Sole Mechanics & can’t wait to visit in person to try some other brands.

I bought a pair and within 100 days the does were showing visible wear patches. I contacted them and they issued a exchange. The second pair lasted 60days before I started seeing wear patches again. Contacted them again and they issued a full refund. They also refunded my shipping for my first return. The shoes feel great and are extremely thin. I don't know what happened with my shoes but I did normal walking no running, gym time as well. But the customer service was great and easy to work with over email it did take some time to get everything sorted but they are in Europe. The reason for two stars is solely for the customer service and the quality they offer. Great shoes from a lifetime barefooter

I have hiked in the Rocky Mountains with no shoes since I was a kid and I have spent 85% of my 34 years alive without footwear. So why did I pick up these shoes if I'm already barefoot? Because sometimes it's a requirement (no shoes, no shirt, no service). With this in mind I picked up the deep ocean Primus lite III shoes and I have to say, I love them. They feel great and very close to barefoot when you take out the insole. I use these for every place I have to wear shoes to maintain my barefoot feel as much as possible. I would highly recommend. They are lightweight, breathable, and incredibly flexible. I also find them to be quiet stylish when I need them. The only thing I do not like are the shoe laces, I have to double knot them to stay tied. I'm looking into getting a different pair of laces for these shoes.I would recommend learning about transitioning to barefoot shoes before buying. I have been barefoot my whole life so I never understood that transitioning can be rough, but I had a few friends who tried barefoot running with me and developed some intense pain in their feet. I hear you want to transition slowly instead of going 100% barefoot if you have worn conventional shoes your whole life. One thing to keep in mind is I ordered a 42 EU (size 9-9.5 which is my normal size) and there was too much space in the toe box for my comfort so I sent them back and got a 41 EU (size 8) and they fit great. I use with/without socks. Either way they feel great.

I have been wearing vivobarefoot shoes for about 2 years now and they have changed my life. They are insanely comfortable and really allow you to feel connected to the ground. Many people worry about how thin they are but it provides great sensory feedback. The wider toe box allows you to spread your toes out and move your feet how they were originally designed to move - creating better movement patterns and strengthening your feet - ultimately leading to reduced foot pain, which can then lead to improved mechanics of connecting joints like the knee, hip back. The flatness of them keeps your body in a level position which has helped my back pain tremendously compared to "traditional' shoes that have a large sole that creates your body to shift forward towards your ... MoreI have been wearing vivobarefoot shoes for about 2 years now and they have changed my life. The flatness of them keeps your body in a level position which has helped my back pain tremendously compared to "traditional' shoes that have a large sole that creates your body to shift forward towards your toes, which then must be compensated by arching of the back to keep you balanced, often leading to low back pain. They typically fit a little larger than what people are used to, but your feet will adjust to it as your toes learn to spread out and you will end up loving the extra room! Due to your feet using more of their musculature in this style of shoes, it is normal for your feet to be sore after first wearing them, so it is wise to only wear for a couple hours at a time until your feet adjust and get stronger. These shoes are amazing and I will never wear a normal sneaker again. (if you can't tell already I cannot recommend these shoes enough!!!)

Review of Vivobarefoot Primus Lite 3.0 - Mens Running Shoes
8 February 2023

Product worth the money. Good value if you want to try out a barefoot pair. So far, this has to be the thinnest barefoot footwear I have (had tried two other brands of barefoot footwear prior to buying Vivobarefoot Primus Lite 3.0). It might be too thin for most people but if you really want to experience a true barefoot feeling, this is the pair to get.

Aight so the photos are kind of dating catfishy. Unless you are *really* into feet, in which case the design is potentially riveting. They are foot shaped to a fault.I’ve put about 10 miles on them. Pretty good. Great feel and power transfer. Uppers are more solid than I thought and the reinforcement engineering is clutch. Good and tight around the lace up so stones don’t get into the shoes. Build quality is evident.Unfortunately, I realized that they look like Gumby, see attached. But if you’re a function over fashion kind of person, I’d say this is an elite shoe.

I’m an alignment specialist that always struggled with shoes and I got these in black then white (which I prefer the white.)But they helped plant my feet better, my slight bunions straightened, my feet got much stronger and I hate wearing my other shoes. I’ve done a lot of barefoot shoes and I like these the most for gym wear and work.Day to day they’re great but I’d rather buy their other shoes for that.

too stiff for heels n toes can’t push down normal
7 September 2023

my thoughts after having them for a couple of weeks:basically really bad/stiff soles which makes ur heels hurt, restrict their natural support and movement. and can’t walk forward naturally when attempting to bend toes to hold your foots weight/push you forward and lift from heel to toe before taking next step[unless you sort of force it with more pressure by running]also others have written that they are not very breathable (especially with running)also these laces are not good. get other laces if you want these shoes
