This is my 4th Vizio TV,I absolutely love them, my first was a 32 inch. Was destroyed by Lighting in a storm, replaced it with a 39 inch, which gave out after 6 years or so. Then got a 40 inch, which I had for 3.5 years, then I cracked the screen, myself. Then I got this New one to replace that one. Have been extremely satisfied with all of them. And they all came from Wal-Mart. Oh almost forgot, I do have one other 32 inch. That I got many years ago from Ebay. All in all Vizio is my Favorite TV ,Manufacture. The only reason I haven't gotten a larger one is I'm limited to 40 inch space. Otherwise I would get a larger one But No Complaints at all. Beautiful picture, and I also have a Vizio wireless Bluetooth Surround sound speaker with subwoofer. Again Absolutely ... MoreThis is my 4th Vizio TV,I absolutely love them, my first was a 32 inch. Vizios factory picture settings are horrible and all need to be drastically changed. All the setting needs adjusting except the speaker balance. There are minimal connections and no rca jacks. A usb connection would be a nice feature too. The Vizio free streaming channel is okay there are some decent channels but more useless ones no one would want. The picture is not as crisp and sharp as I hoped for but I understand and didn’t expect it for the price point of the tv. The remote is awfully set up and has no backlighting so it takes some time to learn. The setup of all the settings is a bit odd and not easy to navigate. With all being said it’s been an okay second tv for the bedroom where I won’t be using it for much but to fall asleep too. I have yet tried video games but I have a feeling the latency will be off much like everything else was and I expect LAGI wish it had come with a pedestal not the 2 u shaped 1-2” feet at each end of the set. They are pretty much forcing the buyer to have it wall mounted which wasn’t an option for me so I will have to dish out $60 -$100 for a pedestal mount.

Had this delivered to my sister for her apartment. A neighbor helped set it up. She doesn’t have cable but gets many free channels through the building. But every time she turns on the tv, she has to maneuver thru prompts and then wait for free channels to load. And when the tv is finally running, you cannot hit a channel like say channel 5, can’t just hit the number, it does nothing. Instead whatever channel it’s on, you have to hit the up or down button and keep scrolling till you get to the channel. That can take forever. This is a new Smart TV. There’s got to be a quicker way BUT, it came with no user manual! Can someone from Walmart contact me via email or from information from the order to see what’s what with this tv. I did order the three year warranty on it ... MoreHad this delivered to my sister for her apartment. A neighbor helped set it up. The new VIZIO TV works quite well, nice picture , good sound and a good selection of streaming channels. A very nice replacement for my old TV which started to freeze up occasionally., but it was was about 15 years old. Overall, the quality looks good but the packing carton was sealed a bit crooked and sloppy. I chose this particular one because several other cartons showed signs of scuffing and handling stress. Upon opening , everything looked good and installation was quick and easy. My biggest complaint is the placement of the totally useless IMO pre-programmed premium channel buttons places at the top of the remote layout where they are too easily pressed by mistake. Most other remote makers put those useless keys at the bottom and that's what I'm used to. I wish there were a way to easily remove those useless preprogrammed premium channel keys and neatly cover the openings. I do watch local OTA TV and this TV seems to put that secondary to other source inputs and it requires some exploring to find the local channel lineup. For the most part however, this TV is a nice entertainment value.
I bought the Vizio VFD32M-0807 to replace my old Vizio TV and was pleased to see that Vizio has expanded the apps and free channels they offer. The tv was so easy to set up and start using and the picture is awesome. Vizio offers a lot more features and 1080p than most other 32” TVs had. A lot of other brands were just edge lit and this tv has full array backlighting. My only disappointment was the Vizio rep I spoke to on the phone had said that they were pretty sure the Bluetooth would connect with my hearing aids since I’d said they worked with my iPhone thru Bluetooth. But the app only shows how to connect Bluetooth headphones. I live in a townhouse and wanted to hear the tv thru my hearing aids instead of having to turn the tv volume up and disturb the person ... MoreI bought the Vizio VFD32M-0807 to replace my old Vizio TV and was pleased to see that Vizio has expanded the apps and free channels they offer. I also wish the Hallmark app was one of the preloaded ones but I can access my subscription with a Firestick.
I bought an 50 inch Vizio tv and had to return it because the tv stands would not stay screwed in. And the tv collapsed on one side because of the so called tv stands. I returned it and bought a 40 inch Vizio tv.1. THE VIZIO 40 INCH TV WAS ALREADY USED AND NOT IN GOOD WORKING CONDITIONS.2 . THE HDMI PORT #1 DID NOT WORK AT ALL.3. HDMI #2 WAS MESSED UP AS WELL.SO I IMMEDIATELY TOOK THE USED DAMAGED VIZIO TV BACK TO WALMART.I bought the 40 inch Vizio tv I currently have. The tv itself works this time but the HDMI ports are a problem. If I restart my 4K Roku while I am on the Roku Home Screen. I will have to get up and unplug my 4K Roku from the HDMI PORT #2 and plug it back in in order for it to work or show up again. When I had the Vizio 32 inch, I did not have any issues with any of the HDMI ports. Since Roku players don’t have on/ off switches I unplug mine so it can cool down. With this BRAND NEW VIZIO 40 INCH TV. I CAN NOT UNPLUG MY ROKU. I HAVE VERTIGO AND BLACKOUTS AND I CANNOT CONSTANTLY GET UP AND DOWN TO DO ANYTHING. SO THIS VIZIO TV IS A PROBLEM FOR ME. I’M DISABLED AND I HAVE MEDICAL ISSUES AND ALL I WANT IS A TV WITH A SCREEN I CAN SEE AND HDMI PORTS THAT ACTUALLY WORK.
I bought this Vizio TV a week ago, and after 3 days of trying to figure out the NON-INTUITIVE remote, I was ready to package it up and return it. I decided to call the customer support number. I reached Julien. Julien patiently walked me though all my issues and simplified use of the remote. And she also ironed out other issues I was having with the TV. Julien is the sole reason why the TV isn't currently in transit back to Vizio's warehouse. The picture is excellent, and for a current TV model, the sound is very good as well. In fact, there is a setting that improves the sound and clarifies it. This can be found under "sound" at the bottom of the list. Now that the logic of the remote has been explained to me, I can live with the remote. Actually, I am very happy ... MoreI bought this Vizio TV a week ago, and after 3 days of trying to figure out the NON-INTUITIVE remote, I was ready to package it up and return it. I bought this to replace my old Vizio TV, that was smaller and not a Smart TV. I also have an older Panasonic smart TV that allows me to cast videos from my computer directly to the TV wirelessly, and very easily. So I wanted the same with this new TV. However, apparently this TV is not on the DLNA product list so it doesn't have that capability. I don't really get the embedded Google Chromecast because it doesn't do anything when you click on it and the TV does not show up on my computer under Bluetooth devices (and yes, they're on the same network). The only way I can connect it is to pair it, starting from the TV using the Bluetooth headphone option under settings (obviously my computer is not a set of headphones though!)Searching for 3rd party apps to use in ... MoreI bought this to replace my old Vizio TV, that was smaller and not a Smart TV. The only way I can connect it is to pair it, starting from the TV using the Bluetooth headphone option under settings (obviously my computer is not a set of headphones though!)Searching for 3rd party apps to use in order to cast videos from my computer, is not helpful. Most don't work at all. Casting from Google Chrome does not work. I have one program on my computer that allows me to cast to the TV and this seems to be the only way but it's also not ideal. I end up having to use this app on my computer to open the video, cast it, and then change the settings on my computer to keep it awake, so it doesn't sleep after 10 min and stop the video. So, this is a huge disappointment.Otherwise, the official apps and options on the TV are nice... Haven't tried them all yet though. The TV is also bulkier than I expected. I expected all new TVs to be pretty thin and this one is not so much. It's much thicker than my old TV that I replaced (a 2010 Vizio which still works fine, it's just smaller and not a smart TV).
I bought what I believe is a "32" for our bedroom like 4 or 5 years ago that has been great. The picture quality is top tier. So when the tv in our living room started to give out grabbing another Vizio seemed to be a no brainer. While it has a billion features that are great I'm sure, the picture quality is at the top of my list of things that have to be great. And after having my "43" inch for a few days it has delivered at levels beyond my expectations. I actually wanted a "50" inch but there seemed to be none available where I was shopping, so I settled on the "43" thinking while I'm sure I'd like it and that it would be a considerable upgrade to the tv that I had before that I still would be slightly disappointed because I didn't get the screen size that I ... MoreI bought what I believe is a "32" for our bedroom like 4 or 5 years ago that has been great. This was not the case at all. Not only was the screen bigger than I expected but the HDR picture quality is amazing!! It literally made our living room feel more like a home theater. In fact I'm looking to grab a sound bar to complement the experience. I'm a bit of a gamer as well and that first time logging into a game a playing was like experiencing it all for the first time. Long story short I am very happy with my purchase. What I think I like the most is that you can get an amazing product without having to pay an arm and a leg for it. Those of us with families and various expenses really appreciate that. :)

Then I realized I would have to teach my partner all that I knew. In a world where time is critical I knew this TV was too smart for me. Considering all the technology we have acquired,... IOT devices, Security Cameras & Systems, smart bulbs, PC's, Tablets, Cellphones, 5 Tv's, 2 of which are older easy-to-operate VIZIO models, 2 Samsung 'Smart TV's with different abilities and an old (2014!) 40 inch main room TV (inside a massive entertainment center)... adding a super-Smart VIZIO was more than this older guy was willing to invest more time..
