This is Creatine Monohydrate, It does exactly what all creatine monohydrate does, and it is not particularly unique in it's performance; however, that's the way it should be. If anything else was added, perhapse a flavourful vitamin powder, it would unbalance the purposful nature to this small often 5 gram supplementation.

5 Stars - Delivery was fast. Not sure what more I can say. I've finished my loading phase and looking forward to getting bigger over the next few months. Definitely worth getting the kilo pack over the 200g, much better value. I went halves with a mate but honestly if you're taking 5 g every day as a maintenance dose you'll get through it all anyway. Just remember to stay well hydrated!
5 Stars - The product itself is fine. Absolutely no complaints. Great value too.The fault comes from the packaging. The product comes in a bag and not a container when ordering the 1kg, so keep that in mind. The bag was also from the older green packaging which has a terrible seal and breaks easy. Im hoping with my next order it will be part of the new white/grey bag packaging which has a much tighter seal that they use for the protein (... or a container).

This is the first Creatinine product I have purchased so I can’t compare but for what others have told me the fact that it’s powder and dissolves easily in water and not much taste is a good thing plus value for money VPA have been great love their natural whey . Quick postage
I purchase the 1kg bag why, because it is so much more economical and just easier to have a larger amount considering it is used regularly. The creatine supplied is top of the range and I can't fault it.
I use 5 gms of the Creatine Monohydrate daily.. This product is very light and fluffy and hard to accurately measure on home scales. I have found a large heaped spoonful with the scoop provided gives approximately 5gms. When mixed with protein shakes or milk I can taste it slightly and it does leave a minimal gritty consistency to the other ingredients. For this reason I mix it with small amount of water and drink it by itself.
