I bought this product a few months ago but had to return it after some time because it was faulty. It cuts nicely but the guard takes time to get used to. The quality and appearance of the product isn't identical to pictures

This thing flat out doesn’t work. The longer the trim length, the worse it works. The comb guide is the worst I’ve used.

Great power and excellent battery. Light and easy to handle. Disassembles quick for an easy clean. Comes with a great hard case travel/storage bag.Only downfall was the closer trimming can be a bit inconsistent. However, it does maintain a great range of length settings.
I've been a VS for Men user for a number of years now and I'm so glad that I upgraded to the XPERT BEARD. Height settings from 0.5mm to 12mm in 0.5mm increments makes it easy to lock in my desired length. I love that there's no small nooks that capture excess clippings, making cleaning a breeze!
Good product, simple to use and easy to operate. Bought last month and works great
Does exactly what it should, quality design and build coupled with amazing charge life.
Is not able to cut shorter than the1mm setting, so it's not really useful for travel etc. Is largely plastic and low quality material.
Light-weight, accurate trimming. A pleasure to use.
Great product but we returned it in original package as it was purchased by mistake.
