On/off button and heat setting dial located right where your hand grip is located on the wand = inadvertently always turning it off and the setting clicking up to max heat. Designed by someone who never used a curling iron before...? Too bad VS put their name to it.
Excellent service and a great product. Never had a VS product but found this wand to be excellent.
It’s compact it’s heats quickly and is easy to use. For the price it’s a great item
Pity the bristles on the hot brush are not wiry like a hair brush to hold the hair better, as I find the hair slips out of the hold. Also the thumb piece to open the tongs should be all plastic, as it can burn the skin. However still a great product.

Great curler for first time users! It's easy to figure out and relatively safe for first time users. It can make both tight ringlets and more natural curls, all depends on how many seconds you leave your hair wrapped around it and what temperature it's set to.
This item I bought from brands is very bad for hair it burns hair and it’s very unhealthy to use on hair it doesn’t curl hair properly either.
