We predominantly use this plugged into power, but do use it around the house on occasion, battery life unplugged on the broadcasting end is a good 3 hours.Just audio obviously, but a secure technology. We supplement this with a Nest cam.
Great quality sound and simple design. Really simple to use, the only issue is that the buttons should really all be separate. Took me a while to get the hang of turning it on without hitting the volume buttons in the dark while my other child was sleeping. But now that I have the hang of it I would definitely buy again.
My baby & I love it. I got it so no matter where I am on my property I know when my baby needs me, it’s saved me from a lot of anxiety. He loves the lullaby’s and the night light is so handy. And my favourite part the talk back function so I can reassure him when I can’t rush straight to him. Best baby related purchase by far
Works really well, picks up everything. However, battery could last longer when being used not connected to power.
This unit is fairly devoid of features when compared to other models - but it has the features you probably need and what it does have it does very well.With the exception of the lullaby function, that's reasonable shrill and sounds like a keyboard from the 90's.The rechargeable AAA batteries that ship with the unit are 400mah, functional but not great.If you grab this, I'd recommend getting some decent rechargeable AAA's (most good ones are 800~900mah) at the same time.
Safe & Sound Audio Baby Monitor Works very well…very sensitive to babies movements & sound…the only difference is it does not have a clip like the earlier model. The mobile monitor is hold only, other wise works beautifully, you won’t be disappointed cheers & thank you
I brought this for work. needed to be able to hear customers while in other parts of the store/ fridge ect and this works a treat only downside is the AAA batteries dont last a full shift so I also got a charger and more batteries to cover this issue.
