We received this as a Christmas gift for our 2 year old son. He has another farm set from little tikes that he loves so we thought he’d love this to, nope! First the directions are terrible, and the pieces do not snap together easy. The piece that makes noise doesn’t stay in the barn. When our son presses the button it falls right down. Not made or thought out well. Sad

This little farm is pretty easy to assemble, about 10 minutes. Very durable and well constructed, this will definitely last a good long time. This is farm is very colorful and vibrant I love that. You can tune in all your little ones motor skills with this farm spin the weather vein, putting hay in the silo, taking the animals in and out of the barn. Driving the tractor all over the farm. The sounds and songs are absolutely adorable, flip up the barn floor for an animal wash bay. Lots and lots of imagination play down on the farm. However this farm has donkey but ( No horse) oh my! We have horses on our farm so we would love to see VTech add a horse or pony please. That was the only thing I missed was I would like more animals on the farm.

This toy was very fun to put together and my daughter absolutely loves it. Though she is more infatuated with rolling the little tractor around, she does play with the rest of the farm from time to time. The first remark I can make about this toy is how the sound/music hub inside the barn should have a detach button instead, the music hub just balanced inside the barn. I thought that maybe it would have snapped in place and would have a button to release it, but there isn't a button. So if my daughter picks this toy up over her head the hub will drop on her.I absolutely love the morning, noon, and night buttons as well as the light sensor which detects which animal is placed inside of the music/light hub. I was a bit disappointed that she disassembled it within an hour - she was very bored with it and it didn't do things like the original one that I had had as a kid. You have to put the animals ON a specific point to make them interact and it isn't a natural action; to take a character and put it on a pad that is removed from the actual flow of the farm? Just odd... And what the characters say is boring too. But, maybe when she's a little older this will be better for her as she grows more imagination abilities...

Everything is interactive.All the little animals are really created so cute. The animal can be placed onto a talking point to hear them talk.This is definitely a well made toy and my daughter has has an absolute ball play with this everyday. Definitely has kept her entertained and busy.
My 1.5 year old LOVES this. He loves that it lights up and makes noises and that he can make it do them. It's interactive so you an place the animals on these points on the farm that gives you different sounds and also facts about the animals. The details are super cute. It comes with a cow, donkey, chicken and cat and of course the farmer. Silo, tractor, fence. It's really cute and definitely sturdy for those kiddos that are rougher with their toys.6
My Granddaughter Maebly loved this toy. She had her mom open it right away. She was so cute patently wating for the out come. She loves the sou ds the animals make when you put them on the stand. Her favorite was definitely the cow. She even kept trying to get the girl to make noise. We received this as a Christmas present. It didnt take long to put together but the instructions were not very clear. Most of the parts snap on and stay on. The part that comes off the easiest is the part that makes noise. He will put a toy in it then go to take the toy off and the purple piece comes right off. He actually ended up trying to just walk around with that part. This toy has not held his interest for more than 2 or 3 minutes. The only part he has played with for longer than that is the tracter that came with it that is a basic little yellow tractor.
