I bought this after reading fantastic reviews about it. The picture is so clear the sound is also great, all the features are brilliant. My issue is the connection, after about 6months it kept “unlinking” saying the camera is too far away. Then after 12 months (and one week to be exact) it wouldn’t link to the camera at all, now it will connect for about 20mins then nothing, i can sometimes get a picture via the app but it never stays connected for long. I have a child with medical issues and breathing problems during the night, I have just had to buy a cheap second hand video monitor to replace this as vetch said we were no longer in the 12 month guarantee period there was nothing they could do. Pros: I bought this product recommended by a friend, I was very excited to use it. It’s a brilliant product, the connect is great on it, you can adjust the camera to where you want it on your baby, the noise features are brilliant and you can play them all so you don’t have to keep choosing them. It’s a brilliant camera and gives us lots of reassurance. You can also connect it up to your phone so if the monitor battery life finishes, you can connect to your phone.Cons: On the other hand, the negative is the battery life on the monitor is shocking. We have to have it plugged in for it to have battery otherwise, it will die very quickly.Overall, a good product, just is expensive for its value.

Overall a great monitor! Picture quality is great, the features are great, i love the panoramic option, (but a clock on the parent unit would be helpful). Two things that annoy me: 1) it frequently drops the connection unless it's hooked up WIFI, and 2) I've been using mine for less than 6 months and I don't even get half a day charge out of the parent unit. The battery sucks and it always has to be plugged in, which in my opinion defeats the purpose of a portable parent unit. For the cost of this monitor I would expect better quality in terms of connection and the battery life of the parent unit. Probably wouldn't recommend this to most people.

This monitor worked very well for the first five months. Then all of a sudden in the middle of the night it would disconnect and start beeping and wouldn’t reconnect to the camera until we went into the nursery and reset the camera. Awful product. Who wants to be woken up by a faulty monitor beeping and have to chance going into a nursery every night and waking a sleeping baby to continually fix the problem? Extremely unhappy with this product.
Pros: Camera is good but the picture quality is better on the app vs the handheld device which feels cheap in comparison. Also the battery on the handheld device is poor. Doesn’t last more than a few hours without needing charging. Also, the temperature on the handheld device shows 1 degree higher than it actually is. The temp on the app is correct.Cons: Better screen and battery on the handheld device. Temperature on handheld device is 1 degree higher than the app. Confirmed through a third party thermometer that the handheld temperature is wrong. Must be a software issue as sensor on camera is providing the correct temp to the app.
Pros: Found it really hard to find the right monitor as every one had such mixed reviews. But I’m so glad I chose this one regardless of the mixed comments etc. Great monitor overall. Screen size is amazing as it’s very large, monitor is easy to use and has some great features. Would recommend to a friend.Cons: Found it very difficult to connect the camera to my phone with the QR code. Still haven't managed to do this, there needs to be another way to connect the two without a QR code.
Very disappointed with this baby monitor. Monitor is great and it was great until two days after I had it when the screen just went black for no reason despite being plugged into the mains at the time so it was fully charged! Contacted Baby Monitors Direct who told me to return it to them for repair or replacement! Not sure what I was supposed to do in the meantime as I bought the alarm to monitor my mum who's 91 and had a bad fall. I have had to sleep on the settee downstairs since not having the alarm working which is very uncomfortable and annoying.
Pros: Good features, user friendly and reasonable overall quality.Cons: Camera quality not always the best (despite good internet connection) and the parent unit often says the camera is out of range, even when they’re close together/in the same room. The phone app generally works well though, but can sometimes be a bit glitchy. Decent overall product but I’m not sure we’d buy this monitor again.
After searching around for a good baby monitor, this one is amazing, picture is so clear. It had a nice big screen so you can see your baby. Super easy to set up. I’ve downloaded the app which you can also control the camera and the lullabies and melodies. I highly recommend this baby monitor. I know a few other reviews mentioned about loss of connection this happened once or twice but I just took the monitor up to the camera and was fine after that.
Wasted money. Very disappointed. This is far the worse electronic device ever bought. After only one week the battery struggle to last for 7-8hrs and takes ages for getting fully charged. The frame is very filmy and the antenna came out even after a couple of times used. The quality of the video is really poor and the settings very basic so you won't be able to properly adjust it for your needs. Surprisingly the main unit and the app are able to support extra cameras but the customer service said that it is impossible to buy any extra cameras in UK!
