We purchased this trampoline for our son's 2nd Birthday. His reaction was PRICELESS. He has since spent most of his time outside jumping around and having the time of his life, alone and with friends. A very sturdy trampoline, which was easy to put together (although did require a bit of elbow greese).

I recently purchased the Ultra trampoline in Large. It arrived quickly. Assembly was very difficult because the instructions that it came with were varied to the actual pieces. Also I wish there was writing in the manual because it only contained clues in the form of pictures. Not sure how the sudden appearance of a few squiggly lines drawn on the trampoline in the middle of the spring installation sequence symbolised unpacking the net and attaching it around the edges of the mat then continue with the springs, so unfortunately we had to go around all 60 springs and redo them all to put the net on which took over an hour. This would have been easily avoided if the instructions were clear. Website is easy to navigate with heaps of information displayed on the various trampoline options. Would be good to have an easy way to understand the differences between the various models.The trampoline was shipped quickly and clear instructions were provided that made it easy to assemble. We got the shade cover and tent walls as well which work perfectlyThe kids love it & need to be dragged off it when its dinner time!
After our old Vuly finally died after 8 years and the Brisbane 2022 February flood fully rusted the connections on the mat, our new Vuly Ultra Large trampoline was delivered quickly within a few days and we were glad to get a free shade cover and tent. Hooray! The installation was tricky though. The video instructions were opposite to the instruction book! Very confusing. It said go with the updated video so we did but then we couldn't rely on the booklet and it is so hard to watch and follow the video while in the process of setting up the trampoline. Update your instruction booklet Vuly so the video matches it! The holes in the frame are on the opposite side in each. Also, please put some verbal instructions on the new video like the old video had. Yes, we watched the video a number of times beforehand, but I can't remember everything! Especially not having done it before. These things caused a lot of stress and difficulty. Also, don't say it's going to take an hour! It took us over 3 hours! Maybe it takes your installation team 1 hour since they have had a lot of practice, but what normal first timer does it in an hour? Come on, give us a realistic goal! We love the trampoline quality but you could really help your customers with some better accurate instructions.Here's some tips for setting up your trampoline for the first time:1/ Watch the old installation video which includes the verbal instructions to get an idea.2/ Watch the new instruction video and make sure you remember the order. My husband was adamant the pads went on before the net because he couldn't see the net laid on the trampoline in the video.3/ The spring tool helps alot! Other reviews said it broke easily but ours lasted the distance thank goodness.4/ When attaching the springs do the technique as shown in the video and put either side of the joiner poles at 12 o'clock then 6 o'clock then 9 o'clock then 3 o'clock etc diagonally opposite as you go. It's hard to stretch the mat at first.5/ Don't attach all of the springs before you put the net on! Just the springs either side of the joiner poles.6/ If you haven't installed a trampoline before, expect it to take at least 3 hours!7/ Don't worry if the frame isn't firmly fully connected in. Once you attach the springs it will pull it fully together.We made a minor mistake and didn't get the opening quite lined up but no way were we going to take off all the springs. Hopefully that doesn't matter and is just cosmetic.Trampoline quality is great. Who knows how long the shade cover will last? We put up some solar fairly lights and camped out in ours last night. Lovely. We love our new Vuly! We expect it to last at least as long as our first Vuly.
We bought a vuly large ultra flare for the kids (8, 6 and 2) for Christmas. It's the perfect size, the older two can easily play together without bumping in to eachother. They've spent so much time on it already and have invented a number of games. I love that they're outside more.
We bought an ultra with a tent and shade M size. Super fast processing even after the black Friday sales. They have great communication and keep you updated. The product is amazing and such good quality. As we have friends with this brand. We are keen to get it up Christmas eve to see the kids reactions. would highly recommend Vuly to anyone buying trampolines.
Scored a Ultra Medium. Took about 2.5 hours to put together in the dark on xmas eve. Very easy to follow instructions. Makes for a great workout on a hot summer's night. Wall guards are secure, I trust kids (3 and 5) to play in it without concern. Couldn't be happier!
We have had the Vuly Ultra (medium) trampoline for about 3 weeks and the kids love it. The assembly video instructions were easy to follow and the trampoline was up in little time. It is very sturdy and it feels solid which gives me confidence that it will handle my kids. We had other cheaper trampolines that my kids were able to just drag around the yard but this one is solid and it needs two adults to move which is great to avoid the kids breaking it or hurting themselves.The free tent cover and basketball hoop are really good too. Weve had a movie night in there. Lots of fun. Highly recomme

I have owned several trampolines over the course of my children's lives but this one will defiantly outlast their childhood unlike the cheaper brands that have rusted and broken with in the first year or 2. Every second house in our street has a Vuly and all the neighbours rave about how great the quality is. Kicking myself I didn't jump on board and buy one when I first bought a trampoline - with all the money I wasted I should have just bought the Vuly to start with!
