We purchased a Vuly Ultra XL with steps for our toddler and it is has been the best thing we have gotten him! It came with a fantastic Shade Cover FREE as a part of the sale that was on at the time which also included FREE shipping! It arrived so quickly and was super easy to assemble! The trampoline is fantastic quality and we are so glad we went with the XL - lots of room for multiple children to play! Most importantly, we couldn’t go past the safety-first design and features including the netting, double layer springs & thick padding! They really have thought of everything & we would 100% recommend this product! A great, safe option for all ages!

Picked the Vuly Ultra Medium for our grandchildren for christmas. Could not believe how quick it was delivered after purchase. Couldn't have arrived at a better time as the 4 Kiddies in lockdown were not happy. Decided to surprise them with an early gift to brighten their spirits and we couldnt have been more pleased. We bought a Vuly trampoline when my little one was overwhelmed why are you old and very excited and needed to burn off energy. It’s been fantastic since we got it. I have absolutely loved it I’ve been jumping on my husbands and jumping on the cousins have been jumping on it the kids and Even the dog( cheeky dog wants to be with the kids).My kids want to play on it everyday and it’s been now 2 years.For all of mine issues Vuly has responded immediately and sent us replacements - some loose stitching on the outer spring cover and they sent us a new one, one net arm wouldn’t click all the way down and they sent a new part.Fantastic!Great serviceExcellent productHappy bouncing family

After our old Vuly finally died after 8 years and the Brisbane 2022 February flood fully rusted the connections on the mat, our new Vuly Ultra Large trampoline was delivered quickly within a few days and we were glad to get a free shade cover and tent. Hooray! The installation was tricky though. The video instructions were opposite to the instruction book! Very confusing. It said go with the updated video so we did but then we couldn't rely on the booklet and it is so hard to watch and follow the video while in the process of setting up the trampoline. Update your instruction booklet Vuly so the video matches it! The holes in the frame are on the opposite side in each. Also, please put some verbal instructions on the new video like the old video had. Yes, we watched the video a number of times beforehand, but I can't remember everything! Especially not having done it before. These things caused a lot of stress and difficulty. Also, don't say it's going to take an hour! It took us over 3 hours! Maybe it takes your installation team 1 hour since they have had a lot of practice, but what normal first timer does it in an hour? Come on, give us a realistic goal! We love the trampoline quality but you could really help your customers with some better accurate instructions.Here's some tips for setting up your trampoline for the first time:1/ Watch the old installation video which includes the verbal instructions to get an idea.2/ Watch the new instruction video and make sure you remember the order. My husband was adamant the pads went on before the net because he couldn't see the net laid on the trampoline in the video.3/ The spring tool helps alot! Other reviews said it broke easily but ours lasted the distance thank goodness.4/ When attaching the springs do the technique as shown in the video and put either side of the joiner poles at 12 o'clock then 6 o'clock then 9 o'clock then 3 o'clock etc diagonally opposite as you go. It's hard to stretch the mat at first.5/ Don't attach all of the springs before you put the net on! Just the springs either side of the joiner poles.6/ If you haven't installed a trampoline before, expect it to take at least 3 hours!7/ Don't worry if the frame isn't firmly fully connected in. Once you attach the springs it will pull it fully together.We made a minor mistake and didn't get the opening quite lined up but no way were we going to take off all the springs. Hopefully that doesn't matter and is just cosmetic.Trampoline quality is great. Who knows how long the shade cover will last? We put up some solar fairly lights and camped out in ours last night. Lovely. We love our new Vuly! We expect it to last at least as long as our first Vuly.
Great little trampoline! We don't have much of a backyard so to stumble on the small compact size of this trampoline was amazing! The quality is great, delivery was fast, and it was easy to put together.Although we bought the small, it is actually quite a roomy trampoline and perfect for our four-year-old. We feel great knowing he's jumping on something very safe! Highly recommend!
My father purchased a Vuly trampoline for the grandkids at their place this Christmas, needless to say we quickly realised we had to purchase one for our place too. We have one on the way and a Vuly training bike. The shade cloth is a game changer and the fact that Vuly managed to change old school death trap trampolines into something safe and durable is amazing. Customer service was great and it was simple to order and arrange delivery. We will definitely purchase Vuly products in the future.
