I used this clipper once and it worked great, but when I removed the blade to clean it, one of the retention clips fell out. Apparently it was broken. I called customer service and told them what happened and they sent out a replacement blade the same day! Great product and great customer service from PetEdge!

Used on cat. Started by setting clippers on floor and letting them run so cat got more used to noise. Did this several days. Then trimmed a little. Took three days to do back and sides (all I dare do) the first time. He was not so much scared of noise by then, but did not like vibration when touched. He got more used to it all as he was trimmed more and I did most of sides and back in one attempt the second time I trimmed him. Fur looked like child had taken scissors to it when I used the guide comb attachments, so finally used without those and looked smoother. I have a second cat I would not dare trim with these as he is very noise averse. Both are long-haired.

After doing research these seemed like the best, and it was time to splurge on good clippers.Fast forward to now- They literally just don’t cut it. Even with careful maintenance, the blade barely cuts hair, pulls the hair, and can’t be taken apart to properly clean or sharpen. It worked well for 2 puppy cuts, and by 4 it was just causing more annoyance for me and my dog. Had my groomer friend take a look and she was very unimpressed.The battery seems fine, but the clippers are now worthless. I could try a new blade, or I’ll just get a better set up with multiple blades and the ability to FULLY clean and sharpen.

I used these clippers on two long hair cats, trimmed the bridle path and fetlock on my horse, and one very thick aussie shepherd coat, and had no problem with them at all. They began to pull and snag the hair a little on my aussie but I discovered that it was from hair build up between the blades and the best way to clean that is with a zip tie or pipe cleaner. They were fairly quiet and never got hot. The other great thing is that the blades can be sharpened rather than buying new ones when they do get dull. Overall great clipper for the price and when they made it through a full body cut on my aussie they won my heart and praise! Love the color choices as well
On my 3rd pair in 5 years and they are my daily work horse. They are so light in your hand and provide such an ease to get your work done. I groom anywhere from 7-12 dogs a day with these and they really have held up well! Make sure that you don't leave them on the charger over night, I found that it wore out my battery at about a year with the first pair, but my semiconductor lasted 3 years!
I have used plug in clippers for years and absolutely LOVE these new ones that are wireless and excellent clippers. Trim better than any I have had in the past…Andi’s and Oster. Thank you Wahl.
Still waiting to use. The combs that were included are flimsy and broke upon trying to slide them on the clipper. When I email Wahl, they responded to call their customer service and sent a link to purchase the metal set of combs. I then called Wahl, they reccommended and gave me the link to purchase the individual or $50 set of metal combs, instead of offereing to replace the broken ones that were brand new.
I was looking to upgrade my grooming clippers. I started grooming my dogs as how to save money. I needed something more durable than the $30 clippers I had. These were recommended by a groomer friend and they do not disappoint. They closed though my yorkies' thick cotton coat. I also bought the metal guards to go with it.
Love these clippers. Very lightweight and smooth. Great for shaving eye corners, sanitary areas, and paw pads. Also use with metal attachment combs for a full body trim. I only use these on a clean, dry, completely brushed and combed coat.
Great product grooming our toy Cavoodle! Has various cutting lengths which is awesome and quiet too...
