Do not buy. These are refurbished/used/resharpened. I used to buy these with no issues, but the last two did not even cut right out of the package. Checked carefully and there were small strands of hair and oil all over.

This is Wahl's best blade and comes standard with all there higher performing A5 blade type clippers. I got is blade with a Wahl KM 10 and it performs well on a double coat Lhasa Apso that I groom, cuts fast and smooth. As with this and all other blades you may use, you need to clean and oil the blade before use and run the blade at the lowest speed that gets the job done to reduce heat and extend it's useful life. Running any blade at unnecessary high speed will develop more heat and friction thus reducing the life of the blade. Bathing and brushing the animal you are about to clip also promotes extended blade life because you reduce the amount of dirt that can get into the blade wearing the cutting edges down and producing added heat. I love this clipper blade. It does a fantastic job. I have always clipped my two cavoodles myself and am always on the look out for good blades and I have found a good one in this blade. Good quality and good price - thanks !
First time purchasing the 7F blade. I have previously purchased the 10. I love the Wahl competition series. Definitely makes the grooming process quick and it cuts through the coat with no problem
Received this blade, my groomer called me to report that she wasnt even half way through a standard groom before it stopped cutting through and started pulling at the hair. Really not a good experience to have a blade not work just half way through its first dog. Postage was quick though.
Bought a 10 in this series and a 30 in the Ultimate series. I was pleasantly surprised with the smoothness of the cut and the ease of use of the blades. I quickly became a fan. However, within six months of use the brackets came loose on both blades. I've never had this happen before. I wouldn't have thought anything if it was just one blade, but it happened to both. This is a good series for a pet owner who wants to groom their pet on their own. This series is definitely not fit for a professional groomer.
Bought two of these to replace the original blade of the same make/type. The first was so dull that it didn't even cut hair at all. I'd run it though my dog's coat and nothing would get cut (no hair on the floor). Second one was a bit better, but nothing like the original blade. Really disappointing as these are expensive. Felt like they were used and repackaged. Not happy.
I spoke with an adviser about selecting the correct blade for my dog’s very dense, max. 5 cm length coat.This one is not it. Yes, it works but extremely slow, like Dr. Nefariou in the Minions.It runs hot within 5 minutes. It took 6 attempts to clip my medium sized, 17 kg dog. Thank god he was patient.Not happy about this purchase.
Very good value replacement clipper blade. The cutting is sharp, effortless, and seamless. Very happy with it. My two Westies are now ready to face Sydneys summer heat. See how beautiful their skin head cut is in the photo just after the clipping. Thanks to this cool WAHL clipper blade!
