The #10 blade that comes with it is too short for most applications, so I bought a #7F and a #3 seperatly. The clippers themselves aren't too noisy and don't seem to get the blade too hot. My only advice is make sure you get the right blades for your dog and back it up with straight shears and thinning shears. Also, the little paddle that the blade slides on to before you press the blade down onto the clippers was stuck flat against the clippers when I got mine; easily fixed by wedging it up with a screwdriver. No issues since then.

We purchased this product online on New Year's Day. It arrived within 5 days despite holiday season. It cuts very well, easy to use and quiet. We are happy with this product.
The #10 blade that comes with it is too short for most applications, so I bought a #7F and a #3 seperatly. The clippers themselves aren't too noisy and don't seem to get the blade too hot. My only advice is make sure you get the right blades for your dog and back it up with straight shears and thinning shears. No issues since then.
This is my second set of KM2 clippers, my first set were over 20 years old and had clipped hundreds of horses manes. My order from Shaver Shop came in under a week, which is quite rare in rural NSW.
I'm not quite as happy as I was with my old Km2, the motor of which finally died after about 16 years of use, as it is much noisier, and I find the blade is more difficult to click back into the the clipper after cleaning. I mean really difficult! Other than these problems it is OK and does do a good job on my Lagotto Romagnolo's very thick and curly coat. I do use the combs with it.
I was recommended to buy this from my Groomer for my pup. She’s a standard poodle and I have bought many clippers that did not do the job. Using the KM2 saved so much time, I should have brought good clippers from the start instead of wasting my money on cheap ones. It does add up because you would need to buy attachment blades. But paying for 3 grooms was the price of buying my own clippers & Blades totally worth it!
I am very happy with these clippers, I bought them to clip my horse for the first time and I had no issues with them at all . They are small enough to be comfortable to hold for a long time, which is not the case for most other clippers. It took me more than two hours to clip my horse and they didn't get hot at all and because they are quiet and don't vibrate too much my horse wasn't fussed at all ! Also the box it comes with is of very good quality, which I didn't really expect because it came for free!
Great Clippers,cut our 2 dogs fur very efficiently & cleanly. Easy to use & clean. Both Dogs were clipped in half the time normally takes..
Superb quality, works brilliantly. From the moment you handle these clippers you can feel the quality. I have tried many cheaper brands of clippers on my Poodle and it has always been a long and stressful process. These clippers made very short work of the clipping and removed stress from both myself and my dog. Highly recommend.
The #10 blade that come with it would not cut my dogs hair. Tried for 10 min after it arrived. Ask for a refund and was declined. Was told that’s not an option and would need to take it in for warranty, 40 min drive away. Had to purchase a new $70 #4 blade and that still pulled the hair. Claims it will cut all hair types…. My dog was not even matted. Would t recommend
