Was this sale a joke in all honesty? This trimmer is the size of my finger and it doesnt take anything off. Super misleading pictures too, for this price I got a great trimmer last year that worked for an entire year. This will just go in the bin now.

I love these little clippers. I have a hairless Chinese crested and I need the trim the hair on her face as it grows long and bothers her so much. These clippers are perfect. These Wahl clippers usually last me approx 4 yrs. when they start giving me issues I just get a new one. I trim my dog every 3 weeks. So compared to paying a professional groomer, these things pay or themselves after 1 clipping. The key is keeping the blades oiled and free from hair. I saw another review that said these are extremely loud. No they aren’t. They aren’t whisper quiet, but they aren’t very loud either. When introducing them to an animal for the first time you have to get them used to the sound before starting to clip them. That’s with any animal and any type of clipper.

These clippers are great for touch ups at a horse show only. They are extremely loud so if you have a horse that is not a fan of clippers these may not be a good idea. They take batteries which is great but they cannot handle touching up thicker hair. I attempted to touch up a bridle path on my mini, didn't go well. Excellent! It has reduced his need to lick his paws constantly. It does not hurt my dog or cut into his skin. I am able to manourve teh trimmr in between my dogs paw and foot pad. A happy is is a happy Paw-rent!
I couldn't find the Wahl clippers that I bought about10 years ago so I bought this one to fill in until I could find my other clippers. And I can't give this one low enough stars, it's a piece of garbage. It might have been able to cut as needed but I was the brave soul that took the 2 screws off the back to try to clean the blade out and I could never get the darn thing back together. There's absolutely no useful instructions on how to put the blade back on with the stupid spring inside. Oh they printed a few steps in the enclosure, but the diagram is about 3/4 of an inch big, there's no YouTube video and there's no way of figuring out what to do with that darn spring. I'm sending the piece of garbage back. Perfect. Ive had dogs for years and have always struggled to trim their feet with scissors. Im so glad to have discovered this small battery operated trimmer and the dogs dont mind me using it at all. The trimmer is well made and easy to operate. I would recommend it for tidying up your dogs.
Very impressed with these trimmers. A great price and trim around my Goldendoodles eyes and mouth perfectly., due to their size its easy to manoeuvre around smaller areas. Light weight and came with oil, cleaning brush and attachments. Love them, thank you
I have a 10 month old Persian kitten named Sophie. She occasionally gets mats on her tummy no matter how much I brush her. I bought this trimmer because yes it is inexpensive. I don't need a fancy, over the top, expensive one to maybe use once a month to buzz off a mat the size of a quarter. This trimmer is worthless. It didn't budge through Sophie's fur not even with me pushing with all my might. Wahl should have put on the front of the box that this trimmer is only made for touch ups on animal faces, feet and tails. Not an actual shaver for a full or partial groom. It only says this in the instruction manual. I never would have bought it. The only nice thing about this trimmer is Wahl does give you everything you need for $25.
THIS CLIPPER IS SO SMALL AND LIGHTWEIGHT THAT YOU DON'T GET TIRED FROM HOLDING IT, RELATIVELY QUIET, AND EFFICIENT THAT I ACTUALLY TRIM ALL THREE OF OUR HORSES WITHOUT EVEN PUTTING A HALTER ON THEM WHILE THEY STAND NEXT TO EACH OTHER AND WATCH AS I DO IT. BY THE WAY, ALL OF MY HORSES ARE ARABIANS. THEY ACCEPT IT SO READILY. I LOVE IT AND SO DO THEY. IT GOES A LONG TIME ON JUST ONE BATTERY AND IS SIMPLE TO CLEAN WITH JUST A SPRAY CLEANER.
