I have had a wahl beard trimmer for 3 years. The original blades lasted a couple of years, then the replacement set lasted six months and my second replacement set lasted less than six weeks. The trimmer is good but the blades are not. They appear to break easily and pull hair, even with regular oiling and careful handling.

Had to purchase this replacement blade for my Wahl aqua wet and dry beard trimmer as my trimmer came with a faulty blade/spring. This blade is amazing, very sharp

For some reason the current available blades are not a good as the originals….not sure if it’s the quality of parts or not. I have used my shaver with the original blade for 5 years+ and having dropped it on the floor many times it wasn’t now up to the job. The replacement is good but let’s say it lacks the cutting edge of the original.

The Wahl clipper is the best one I had in the last ten years. Charges quickly, holds the charge well, and provides a clean shave. Not much maintenance needed.
