Wahl Super Taper Corded Clipper

Good brand good clippers what I would expect, the same as always though, buy on a sale then as soon as it's delivered. Another flash sale shows me the same for 300 baht less not sure that's rhe seller or Lazada but typically happens with nearly everything I buy, rather not know but these clippers are the real deal, the best brand around, got sick of buying no-name that would last 1 or 2 cuts and got so hot and loud while using nearly sent me deaf. These don't have this problem. Quiet enough and don't get overly hot. I could not find anywhere when I purchased that said (maybe does in Thai) or showed that it came with the blade attachments (1, 2.3, 4) but it does, pictures help, so I provided some.

Item was not working correctly as taper lever was loose & had to be tighted numerous times . Not packed very well as they were not sealed properly.

Not a great experience

i bought these clippers just under a year ago and having used them no more than about 6 times since purchasing they stopped cutting. I took them back to the shop i bought them from and was told the blades needed replacing. i said i'd only used them 6 times and they were cleaned and oiled after each use. The assistant said the blades should be changed every 2 months......i brought his attention to the side of the box which stated ' High precision chrome plated BLADES for long lasting sharpness and precise clipping'.......A shrug of the shoulders from the assistants who said that it was we are told to say. I said no one said that to me otherwise i wouldnt have wasted my money

Powerful

I upgraded from a supermarket-bought Remington to this. It's probably overkill for what I need it for (trimming my beard) but expect it to last several years, so I'll get the value from it. It cuts effortlessly and turns a chore into a pleasure. My only criticism is that the quality of the guide combs and accessories it comes with could and should be better, given the unit itself is very well made.

Super Taper

After 15 years of use, I dropped my old trimmer on a hard surface. So careless. Having purchased the new one, this is my opinion:Just as efficient and always guaranteed to give a great cut.The old one was made in the USA, this one in Hungary I believe. The only difference seems to be a slight reduction in quality of the plastic casing. It feels less substantial. Hence only 4 stars.The motor, blades and performance are as good as ever. I sincerely hope, barring carelessness, that this one will last as long, if not longer..

Only had one other pair of hair clippers and they were excellent, lasting nearly 17 years and used twiced weekly. Those clipprs were by Babyliss bought in a boot's chemist shop for jut £25. Having used the new Wahl Supertaper clippers they have the look and feel of quality. The don't have the cutting range that my Babyliss pair had but they do give a close even cut and are fine for me. My old clippers would take me down to skin and bone with the shorteset cut and is why I didn't used that setting. I would have liked a decent case to keep the clippers and accesories in safekeeping, in fact they came with no kind of case which was a bit disappointing.
