A bit heavy for daily using by comparing with normal type charger. Befause I bought this just for charging my gaming phone. However, this charger also gives you a chance to transfer data from Gaming console/Phone to your monitor/PC, which is necessary for those who has great demands on playing video games from their comfortable couch!

The cooler design is good compared to the previous version that came with the phone.However, durability was abit short, hardly use the cooling fan as I don't really play long hours on mobile games.Decided to give it a try by doing a frequent usage & it does not even last for 3 days.Was quite upset too as there are no known service centres that can help to repair this.

There's only one usb 2.0 so you'll need a usb hub if you need to plug in mouse and keyboard aaaand because ally uses type c freesync only works with displayport cables and the adapter has a hdmi 2.0 so no freesync :'(.otherwise its a great adapter to just grab with you if your going somewhere or just need to use your ally like a normal pc :Dthe adapter works with some phone's too example samsung galaxy s22 ultra which is a plus

Powerful, light, convenient, and well build USB-C charger. If you want to keep a portable charger for when you're on the go with your ASUS laptop, this is a winner. I use it for my Zephyrus G14 (2022 model), and it lets me top off my charge whenever I need to while I'm traveling and away from my primary 240W barrel plug charger. I just wish the Zephyrus had a battery bypass on the USB-C port as well as the barrel charger, but that's not a knock against the charger itself. Excellent product.
After less than a week of being installed on my ROG Phone 6 I was horrified to see a crack running from the upper corner of the speaker cutout on the screen protector down to the power button area.I have never dropped my phone and I had only owned it for about 3 weeks at the point that I installed the screen protector as I had to order it from Japan.Thoroughly disappointed considering this is the highest priced screen protector that is offered.I am currently getting a refund from Amazon but there are no more protectors available and the third party units do not fit the screen correctly on the ROG phone 6.
It's nice but too bulky. Maybe you can make something thinner and also i can't use it with other phone cases except for the very flimsy one that comes with the phone which doesn't quite protect the phone really. The triggers may take some getting used to but for now i can't really find a use for it with most of the games I am playing with.
I bought Asus Rog flow laptop. The charger stopped working but the laptop was in warranty hence got new adapter for free. Again the adaptor stopped working but my laptop was not in warranty and had to purchase new charger. Hope this works well without any problem in future.
My cooler is not working properly. The problem was with the charging portWhen i visited the service centre they just simply changed the cable of my charger. But when i came back to my place the cooler facing same issue.Now i want to replace my cooler. As now it is not cooling properly and charging port still not working properly it connects and disconnected automatically.
terrible after-sales. You can't find the Type C cable that comes with the dock to buy. making it impossible to use the dock because the type c cable is not available at any retailerTake care of your Type C cables with great care. because if it gets damaged. you lose all equipmentIt's ridiculous to lose the dock just because you can't find a new cable to buy. and equipment with 1 year of launch
After 4 months is dead no HDMI and USB C working anymorei requested a new onebecause is 12 month warrantyi send it back to ASUS retailer UKlike a week ago no respond at all from them ........serious staffhopefully by xmas i got a respond from the retailer
