Mine collapsed in light rain 18 months after purchase. The corner posts buckled. I couldn't find replacement parts for it anywhere. I'm definitely not going to be buying a whole new unit as they are definitely not Heavy Duty as labelled.

Requires a few people to put this up due to the size, but fairly easy. Great as a solar shade since the roof is high and has a metallic weave. Leaked like a sieve during its first wet weather test - the seam tape started to detail and water then started to come through the stitching wetting everything beneath the shade. Needs a decent seam seal upgrade to make it waterproof.Would also recommend purchasing a few additional ground pegs to secure the unit for when it’s a little bit windy.

Exceptional service and support from BCF Waurn Ponds, I had not used my gazebo much and had. an issue with one leg and the replacement leg kit was delayed in shipping so they replaced the whole Gazebo. Great product and support.

This gazebo was great. Good length and width for the front of our caravan whilst we camped for 4 wks. Provided great cover against sun and rain. The quality was good and it was easy to erect and dismantle. Would recommend this gazebo for sure.
Not sure what that other long winded review is on about we love this thing.Very sturdy, easy to unpack and setup.Common sense needed with the straps to ensure they last but I couldn’t be the more opposite of the negative review here.Amazing gazebo
Great size and strong material. Ensure to secure the Gazebo with metal pegs and extra support rope. Very easy to set up with a couple of people.
Corner of annex tore a small bit on first assembly, then first day of 30klm wind - annex let go from this minor tear and twisted up the frame work. After that 3 days if attempted use from brand new, its now in the bin. Definitely NOT heavy duty.
This review is made in comparison to its performance against a standard gazebo previously purchased from BCF and is still in use from 10 years ago (approx).The below issues have occurred following its first use straight of the bag:Noting the product is supposed to be HEAVY DUTY:The fabric hold down ties had poor stitching causing 2 of them to come completely off in the first use.The plastic clips snapped on first use - very flimsy clips, so now the gazebo cloth is only held by the four corner tie downs. A GAZEBO PURCHASED 10 years only was not marketed as heavy duty with the only wear and gate experienced to date are the small holes in the shade sail caused by fire ash. The quality of this product is not what we expected based on previous purchases.
Set up in our backyard for 2 days. And after a strong wind, it broke down. Luckily no damage. BCF said no parts to replace. Such a waste of money
Wanderer + BCF = Rubbish. This is the second time this has happened buying BCF stocked products. I think it time to stop shopping at Bcf just a waste of money.
