This ashwaganda is great. The taste is like pure peppermint oil but it's nice, I feel more relaxed and able to cope with stress when I take this formulation.
I purchased this product a couple of weeks ago and am very happy with it. In the past I have struggled to find a product thats Vegan friendly and being able to take a liquid is also really convenient.
This is my go to in the afternoon when I am really fatigued, have been adding to my water bottle and gets me through.

I was buying this herb in capsules but wanted to try the liquid to reduce the number of tablets I take. The taste is bitter and strong but doesn’t last long if you have a drink straight after. I’m getting the same results as when I took capsules so I’m going to stick with this from now on
