I am very pleased with this Waterpik unit. I especially like the small footprint on the bathroom counter and the ease to use it. I choose this style because I wanted the unit to hold enough water that I would not have to keep filling the reservoir while using it. The wand fits comfortably in the hand and the unit locks the piece you are using in place. When you are finished, I especially like the fact the magnet holds it firmly in place on the unit. Once charged it lasts a considerable time before you have to recharge it. I have been using mine for almost 3 weeks and I still haven't had to recharge it. My dentist especially recommended this to thoroughly clean my bridge as I found it very difficult to use flossers for bridges. I am very pleased with this Waterpik style.

This is the third different style of water pik I've purchased. This one is by far the best. The water tank seems to hold a bit more water. The base shape is more stable. I love the magnetized pik handle - makes cleaning up after use so much easier because the cord is contained. There are more options for pressure, too, and I prefer a higher pressure water flow.

I’m using it for 16 months and have two major problems:1. The charge unit failed, I cleaned the contacts several without success so I opened it (I’m an engineer so I have the skills to examine the system) and found out poor design of the inside contacts, they sank into the apparatus body, so I pressed them back. But the holding material is poor so it sank back again after few charging. In my opinion it should not happen is such product. There are better robust designs for these two contacts.2. Mold accumulates- it’s a dental apparatus, how come the plastic container accumulates mold???? Did you see a baby pot (made of plastic) accumulating mold?? Yes yes I know that you will say that I have to clean it. I am cleaning it and never keeping water in the contacts ... MoreI’m using it for 16 months and have two major problems:1. Is it food grade? To summarize- very frustrating.

I bought this WF-12CD010-1 because it is such a hassle taking our home unit with us when we visit friends. Contemplated getting a smaller more compact unit however they did not have the same power (about 75%) and with the small tank I would have had to fill it up several times to get the amount of time I wanted. This model is a nice size, holds enough water, however I do fill it twice. I really like that it is rechargeable and I do not have to find an empty socket to plug it in. I have used it for a week while visiting my brother on a single charge and it worked as good as my home unit. I didn't think the anti plaque nozzle would be of much benefit however I decided to try it out and can really tell a difference in the amount of plaque on my teeth. Over all I find ... It worked well when I bought it. A bit loud, but nothing crazy. However, it no longer works after five months of regular use. The recharge from the start wasn't very good. After nearly every use I would have to recharge it. which was fine. I got used to it. I'd use it before bed, let it dry over night, then charge in the morning. Repeat. However, it no longer works anymore... Every time I try, the power button just flashes blue.I can't recommend. Save your money.
This flower is way overpriced for the quality. The first irrigator attachment barely lasted a month (leaked from where you snap in). The irrigator wand continued to leak even after reattaching irrigator attachments. This flosser finally bit the dust barely lasting a year. The hose just started spraying water all over in several places within the hose and then at the wand.My last flosser lasted over 5 years and was 1/2 the cost of this one but no longer made otherwise I would have purchased the same brand.Save your money and find another brand that will last longer.
We love the cordless version of our favorite water flosser. It's looks nice on the bathroom counter, is much smaller than our older version but holds more water than can be used in one flossing. The magnetic holder keeps it looking neat and the water speeds give you the perfect variety based on the user. The various flossing heads give you the perfect options for your daily needs. We've been able to go 5+ weeks between charging. Very happy with this new Waterpik flosser.
I was surprised to hear how loud and “clackity” it sounds, and the “industrial lubricant/solvent” taste it imparts to the water run through it. The release lever for the attachments is positioned in an area that frequently results in disengagement from the handle while operating, creating a wet mess. And if operation is stopped using the lever on the handle rather than the button on the unit, water drips from the base of the handle afterwards leaving a puddle on the counter (and suggesting persistant pressure in the system that can’t be good for the internal connections). Other than that, it seems to operate adequately…
The unit is a great size for my limited countertop area. The usage instructions are clear and easy to follow. The major drawback is the noise level - the unit loudly rattles when in use although that doesn't seem to affect usage.Like a lot of Boomers, I don't have many devices that require a charging cord so I was very disappointed that no charging plug was included. At the very least, that should be noted on the box so I wouldn't have to make a separate trip to the store to get one. I had the unit for a week before I was able to use it.
Purchased this product in January of 2024 and as of April 08, 2024 it no longer stays on continuously. Followed all troubleshooting instructions and no improvement. While made of cheap plastic parts it did work effectively for a VERY brief time. Would certainly NOT recommend this product. Other family members and friends experienced the SAME issue. While the warranty is nice, the company KNOWS they have a defective product and have not corrected.
