A stylised representation of the waves in a stormy green sea, partly inspired by Japanese artist Hokusai’s woodblock print ‘The Great Wave off Kanagawa’. I find the sea a constant inspiration for paintings. The painting is unframed on professionally stretched Italian linen with very sturdy stretcher bars. The edges are painted.
