This solid state drive ('SSD') was used to upgrade a Microsoft Surface Pro X. In summary, the memory unit is about four times faster and eight times bigger than the SSD it replaced and seems to allow my laptop to run a lot cooler. I can only praise the performance of the SSD and heap further praise on SCAN's bargain price for it and the short amount time it took for it to arrive through my door once ordered.

I booted Clonezilla from a flash drive on my PC equipped with two M.2 slots to duplicate the original 512GB Steam Deck drive to this one and it went seamlessly. Faster than OEM drive and great value compared to other options.

Easy enough to install into my steam deck using guides found online, and now I've got way more storage space + its quicker too (was only a 64Gb eMMC I was replacing). Would definitely recommend if you don't mind cracking out a screwdriver and following instructions. Decent price too.
Bought to use with my Steam Deck to replace the 64gb eMMC and it works flawlessly. I never got a chance to compare the speeds because I changed the SSD as soon as got my deck, but loading times for games are quick using the drive.Simple to install with no fitment issues, and the protective shielding from the stock M.2 slides on without damaging or opening it up.Delivery was quick and the card was well wrapped and protected. Though it was strange seeing it in a sealed bag rather than a plastic case or box.Overall would highly recommend this M.2 drive for your Steam Deck or Laptop.

I can't fault the product as such, it works perfectly well in a steam deck as I wanted. However, I was surprised to see it turn up in a plastic bag, and I was amazed that the bag was neither antistatic (typically pink) or shielding (metalised)
Scan were great. Delivery very fast. What wasnt simple was getting the drive to work in my surface pro x. Needed a card reader and cloning software using a different laptop because the clone software wouldn't run with the pro x arm processor. Hope this helps others - it's possible but not very easy
This is a perfect replacement for the original SSD that comes with Valves' Steam Deck. It's perfect for upgrading the internal storage size and I haven't noticed any differences in loading times from the original. Installation was easy and even a beginner to opening up electronics should have no issue in swapping the SSD out.
Easily installed into my Steam Deck and worked without any hassle at all. Needless to say it is MUCH faster than the terrible stock 64GB that was in there. It boots faster, it loads games faster, and the biggest difference is in installing or updating games which is so much faster. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade!
