1st I'd like to start by saying the person who gave this a 1 ☆ rating because she claims this isn't "real Manuka honey" has no idea what she's talking about. You need to decide if you want multiflower or monoflower. The later is 90-95% from the Manuka flower where as the multi version has a far lower % of nectar from the Manuka flowers. That is the most important. 2ndly the K factor is very important. The other components are tested thru chemistry and that chemistry can & does change based on variables testing the same batch so that is not as reliable of a method as the K factor. I really wish people would do their due diligence before writing a review especially if they are going to accuse a company of selling a fake product. This product is a great budget friendly genuine Manuka honey. I buy the mono floral & am very happy with it. I eat 2 TBS daily on gluten free bread toasted with some organic almond butter. My acid reflux has stopped flaring up & my allergies feel much better too. I highly recommend this product.

I am a long term insulin dependent diabetic, so ANY leg wounds can be a huge problem ! But, science has stated that this natural honey is 1,000 times stronger than our best penicillins without any side effects. That in itself is just amazing ! So, the infection I was fighting was irritating and painful. I applied a sterile foam dressing with about 3/4 teaspoon of Maluka Honey. I was expecting the honey to burn a little as it touched my skin, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was totally soothing !! Omg ! My skin was SO red, and broken, I thought theres no way this honey is going to feel tolerable on my skin !! Boy, was I wrong !! Now, Im finally on my way to complete healing thanks to mother natures miracle of Maluka Honey !! This honey is outstandingly delicious and the price value is very good for great quality manuka honey as compared to most other brands. It is so expensive that I certainly don't overuse it. Normally I just occasionally eat one teaspoon of it plain at a time for its health benefits and drink water with it to maximize its wonderful flavor. I have also had it a couple of times in kefir and I can't describe how yummy and satisfying the flavor meld is with the delicious sweet honey in the tart creamy kefir. I don't mix or blend it into the kefir, but just fill my teaspoon and place it right in the kefir cup, then take a small taste of the honey from my spoon and follow it immediately with a drink of the kefir, and consume the whole cup that way.
