Weetabix is a wholegrain wheat cereal which comes in the form of a thick, oval shaped biscuit and is made from wholegrain wheat and packed with fiber. Weetabix has 3.8g of fiber in a 37.5g serving (2 biscuits). Our Weetabix is the original, imported directly from Great Britain unlike some other varieties you may find online. There are so many ways to eat Weetabix. Simply as breakfast cereal with milk (cold or hot), topped with sugar or fruit. You can add flavored milk to your Weetabix or enjoy it with a flavored yogurt like strawberry or raspberry. Add Weetabix to savory food, crush it and use it as coating for fried chicken. Bake savory breads and biscuits with it or eat it as a snack with jam or butter. You can even dunk Weetabix into your hot chocolate, coffee, tea or into savory items like soups. The great thing about Weetabix is that it is delicious yet healthy and isn't loaded with sugar like most other cereal which kids usually love.

In other words you can load the cereal with natural sugars through the use of fruits which is a better alternative as it encourages people to create variety in their breakfast. I personally use bananas. Price wise, it can be expensive for some. However, I personally eat cereal every 34 days so cost isnt a problem. Summary wholegrain, probably the lowest sugar and salt out of most cereals. Great for a healthy diet or those who need to reduce sugarsalt intake such as diabetes sufferers.

Weetabix is the British version of Shredded Wheat and highly preferred over the American product. There is no replacement. My husband tried to bring some back on his last trip to England but it was removed from his luggage. You cannot overstate what this product means to the person who grew up having it at brekky.

I grew up in Kettering Northamptonshire not far from the Weetabix factory. This is the very best of British cereals by far and the same makers/factory of my favourite ReadyBrek. Please look into selling this breakfast cereal too.

Chopped hay!
3 April 2022

What happened to the good old Weetabix? These days it's just a pack of chopped hay. Tasteless and rubbish. Quality of wheat is too low. The wheat used is not golden wheat but the cheap variety that makes everything brownish looking. As another customer said supermarket brand seems better than this!

Healthy and delicious
6 June 2023

This is one of my breakfast go to’s. These biscuits have added vitamins and minerals and contain lots of iron. If you want a healthy cereal go for this. So delicious with coconut milk, banana and berries. Lovely with warm milk and a drizzle of honey on a cold winter day.

Healthy, filling breakfast or snack
11 February 2023

Great to be able to buy organic with few ingredients. A lovely filling breakfast and low calorie. For the person that complained about it not having added vitamins I don't want iron etc forced onto me via my food. People should be able to get that through a good diet and it's put into most bread but it is not safe for everyone. Too much iron can poison the liver.

I had never tried this
6 May 2022

I had never tried this before and always wondered how it tasted. Well, I must say I was not disappointed. I enjoyed that it was a bland cereal that I could flavor as I saw fit. I enjoyed with some vanilla oat milk with bananas one time and peaches another time. I've seen where people put maple syrup or chocolate powder as flavoring. I haven't tried those yet but looking forward to trying. A very versatile cereal. It gives you good bones to work with and you just flavor to your liking. Would definitely purchase again and definitely recommend.

Nice

I love weetabix. There is one other dupe Weetabix I like too. I love mine when the wheat biscuits go soggy and I’ve noticed a lot of cheaper brands stay too crispy. I don’t like mine hot so the consistency is important to my enjoyment.

Real Weetabix are the best.
10 October 2022

Nothing as good as real weetabix. I’ve tried many different store brands, and while some are quite nice, others are awful. So, I’ve gone back to the original Weetabix. Although they cost more, it’s worth it. Some of the cheaper brands are so hard and coarse.

Scrumptious if prepared correctly
8 June 2022

I wouldn’t like it with milk. In Germany I learned to make a scrumptious breakfast with Weetabix. Heat fruit juice (I nuke a Pyrex measuring cup full of my favorite juice in the microwave for a minute), pour it carefully over the whole wheat bar to moisten it. Then spoon either plain or vanilla yogurt over the moistened cereal bar. Then pour your favorite fruit over the yogurt. It’s so good I ate that every day for 2 years until I got tired of it. I’m ready for a Weetabix breakfast again! Yum!
