The thermometer showed only 36.2 after 10 seconds but I knew this was wrong so I kept it longer. After 2 minutes (which was the recommended time in the manual for most accurate reading) it showed 36.6. After 4 minutes it showed 36.8.

The error is not 0.1 C, it is more like 1.5 C. After a workout I managed to get a 36.0 C reading for myself, normally it is 35.0 - 35.3 C for me.This thermometer cannot be re-calibrated, it is what you get out of the bow only!!

Not a 10 second digital thermometer like the box says, I left the 60 second on the shelf and bought this one for the speed. It's actually 10 seconds slower than than the 60 second one. But does the job it has do.
