This is a really refreshing and reinvigorating body scrub with a super uplifting citrus scent. There are suspended pearls that burst as you rub it in that provide a really gentle exfoliation. What I love about Weleda's Birch Body Scrub is that it exfoliates without being too harsh. My skin feels soft and suppl le after use rather than dry or overworked. Birch is also great for helping with cellulite. While not a miracle worker in that department, my skin is left in a really rejuvenated condition and looks a lot more moisturised.

Not sure why my product looks different than the picture but either way this scrub is so gentle and the smell isn’t overpowering. It has a clean scent and feels so great while exfoliating skin. I used this during my first pregnancy because I wanted to try out more natural products. is a great place to start if you’re new to natural clean products. I highly recommend.

Amazing body scrub with amazing ingredients

This Weleda body scrub would have to be the nicest body scrub I think I've ever used. It's very gentle and smells absolutely incredible. It has a medium consistency and is a creamy beige colour. I like to use this scrub in the shower once a week and it makes my skin feel so soft and smooth like baby skin. I always get scaly shins and this scrub completely eleviates that. I find this scrub also makes my skin more hydrated. It's almost like a body treatment. It's so good. It removes all my dry skin and my skin now looks brighter, smoother and glows.

Bought by accident

I purchased this by accident, believing it was vegan. Whoops…it contains honey…not vegan! But I gave it to my mother. It wasn’t the best scrub in one go but I can see that when used two or three times a week you could keep well polished without drying out

Cleansing, but NOT a scrub

I have tried many of Weleda's products and was never disappointed. Until now. How excited I was to find that Macy's carried this line! I tried the body "scrub" today. My gosh, it is like a liquid bath soap with two or three grains of sand in it. You would think that "scrub" means it would be exfoliating. Yes, it smelled good, but it may as well have been labeled a shower cream. If a product declares that it is a scrub on the label, I have a positive expectation that I can expect an exfoliant to be contained therein. Not so in this instance.

Excellent body scrub

I discovered this scrub about a year ago and have been using it consistently since. I am visiting the US so hence my purchase and review on this site. What do I love about this product? Firstly as I use the scrub a couple of times a week I wanted something that I could go to as often as I wanted without it breaking the bank. Compare the price with others - a no brainer I really like how the scrub does its works without any irritation or abuse of the skin, it just glides over and into wet skin and rinses off beautifully. I like the light scent, I don't have a great sense of smell but even I know the scent is fresh and light. It's ok but not for me

I really wanted to like Weleda products but unfortunately they are just not for me. I'm not sure if it's my skin or the harsh desert climate I live in, or both, but sadly all Weleda products I've tried leave my skin more oily than before and I started to have break outs. For hands or body care, the products smell lovely but for my face, they just don't work.

i grew up going to natural food stores and weleda was always there. vaguely european, all-natural, always quality, it has been a mainstay for decades. nowadays i fear it gets lost in the tik-tok shuffle. love the birch scent, the quality scrub that wont leave you or the tub ooky after.
