This Weleda cleansing foam is really nice cleanser. It has a perfect amount of foam per pump. It does have a strong scent of witch hazel but to me, witch hazel smells good. It going on my skin really nicely without making too much of a lather. It is gentle on my skin and really does its job. Rinsing with the warm water feels nice and after a pat dry my skin feels clean and isnt all dried out. I also read on the bottle that this product is not tested on animals and doesnt have synthetic fragrances or preservatives which is an absolute plus. I would absolutely recommend this product!

This is a really gentle foaming cleanser. I love that it removes makeup dirt grime and oil without stripping natural oils or drying my skin. I have combination skin and an oily t zone and this cleanser controls the oil and it leaves my skin feeling really clean and fresh without any tight feeling. I love that it’s vegan and it smells lovely and citrusy and it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all. The addition of marshmallow extract and witch hazel soothes and calms my skin and it has helped with redness around my nose area. The foam is nice and light and lathers into my skin for a thorough clean and it’s not too expensive. I would buy this again

This cleansing foam smells amazing and is so gentle on my skin I love it. The foam is so soft and removes dirt grime excess oil and makeup without drying out my skin. The marshmallow extract softens skin so it feels like silk and the witch hazel is so soothing and helps eliminate redness. I have combination skin with an oily tzone and because this tones as well as cleans it controls oil and shine with ease. It’s really natural and won’t irritate sensitive skin so a big bonus for me. I will be buying this again, it’s great value and really works

I don't usually write reviews but I have to for this facial cleanser. It's my best purchase of 2023. I've never gotten compliments on my skin until I started cleansing my face with this! My friends and family say my skin is glowing and I can definitely feel it. After lathering my face with the Weleda foam, my skin immediately feels softer. And the scent is wonderful-- refreshing and citrus. The smell alone makes me look forward to my skincare routine LOL. The cleanser also doesn't dry out your face. I always follow up with a separate toner, serum, and moisturizer. Doing Weleda cleanser before this has improved my skin so much. I'm hooked!
I have struggled with oily skin for most of my life. I’ve tried countless face washes and cleansers but never found the right one for me until I found this one. I’ve been using it daily for about a week now and it has worked great. It’s easy to use, just squeeze a little foam on your hand, scrub, and rinse. The foam is so lightweight and gentle I can barely feel it on my face. It’s got a nice mild, slightly citrus smell to it which I really enjoy. When it rinses off I can feel just how clean my face is. It removes the extra oil that I have always battled with. After a week of use, my skin feels softer and my mild breakouts have seemed to decrease. I am so glad I discovered this cleanser. I love finally being able to not be self conscious about my skin.
I believe this product should be investigated, as filled with poor ingredients. For starters, within a legal ingredient list "parfum & /or fragrance" usually means chemically-created, yet they're stating* derived from natural essential oils. There's also too much alcohol on it; all of which is at the top of the list which means most percentage of over other ingredients. My bottle also doesn't reflect these ingredients written here, as there is no marshmallow root within mine. I've been a Beauty Therapist for 24 year's and have never had my skin react this poorly, it's completely congested my skin and shifting it from combination-sensitive to severely oily, due to the ingredient content. I've been using this product daily for about a week and it works well as a gentle cleaner. The foam feels nice on the skin and it actually cleans makeup off my face. It does still dry out my skin, but it's currently winter and my skin tends to run dryer on this season. I'm curious to see how it works in the summer when my skin is typically oily. I do like that it's a natural cleanser and is not tested on animals. The only thing that really bothered me was the strong scent. The essential oils they used were really overpowering and made it difficult for me to use. I'm sensitive to scents though, so that may not bother someone that isn't sensitive. Overall it's a good cleanser and I will definitely continue to use it.
I found this Weleda - Gentle Cleansing Foam a couple weeks ago and I am in love with it! It comes in a 5.0 fluid oz bottle with an easy pump on top. A clear cap is easy to get on and off. I have oily skin and try to use products that are easy on my 50 year old skin. Weleda - Gentle Cleansing Foam has as its first ingredient: water, and I love that. I use it in the mornings before I appy makeup, and use it at night to take off all the days makeup, oil and dirt. The witch hazel formula is perfect for waking up the skin in the mornings. It has a light pleasant scent. I just put the foam directly on my fingertips and apply to my wet face. Rinse off and pat dry. I have made this part of my routine in the mornings and at night.
