This 55/66 is very light and red.not reflects the color like in the pictures. Also dark brown 3N will turn out black. The medium brown turn out so dark like black too. I order 5N, it is not available. I will return and order different color. Shipping is fast.

Not well stocked. Cashiers don’t greet you or thank you. I always feel dirty when I leave the store. The store in the neighboring community isn’t much better. Would love to see them bring layaway back! I worked at a Walmart years ago and the stores and associates aren’t like they used to be. Instead of adhering to values, it seems like the leaders have done ALOT of compromising and lowered their expectations.

Very happy with the hair colour! I have to use the innosense! Because I am allergic to other hair dyes! And the price is good value!
I was recently told that i have an allergy to some of the ingredients in my hair dye, in particular PPD, or Phenylenediamine, some call "Black Henna". It is the number one allergen in hair dye, esp. black. Wella is the only hair company in the USA that i found that makes PPD free dye. The medical studies show that the ingredient used in Wella is related but different enough to reduce the incidents of reactions to the ingredient. I have been using it for over two months and not had one reaction. I love it. It is a must if you want black hair. And it covers grey very well with 20 volume peroxide. IT is extremely gentle on your hair and scalp.
I am deadly allergic to PPD so this is the only hair color I can use to cover my gray. I do not wait long, just put it over the gray hair and comb it through, wait for a few minutes and wash.
I'm a guy who colors my hair and developed an uncomfortable and painful allergy to traditional men's hair colors. I was about to give up and go gray when I found this. This product looks better than others I've used and no allergic reaction! Thanks Wella!
I was recommended to try Wella KOLESTON Perfect Innosense because I'm severely allergic to PPD. Many reviews on the Internet and this site stated this particular brand was PPD free and/or due to ME chemical less likely to produce an allergic reaction. This is not the case. DO NOT buy this product if allergic to PPD. This product contains 2-METHOXYMETHYL-p-PHENYLENEDAIMINE.ALWAYS ALWAYS do a test patch.
This is the first time I tried this brand and I am very pleased with both the color and the texture of my hair. First off this color is actually what is says it is. I tried 2 other brands with the same name/number. Both were very bland and made my hair feel dry and stiff. I decided to give this brand a try and I'm very glad I did. I mix this color with the 8/0 and get my perfect color. Not only this, but my hair's condition actually improved. I just ordered a few more boxes bc I hate it when the color becomes so popular that it's backordered. Lol I do not want to run out now that I have found perfection. ;-)
I wish the tubes were 100ml. I have always used this brand but I am finding the cost increasingly too much. I have customers complaining when I increase the cost. My prices will go up again in April and I unfortunately will have to consider another brand
