The result is smooth, soft hair with intense shine and exceptional brilliance.How to use the Wella Koleston Perfect Me+ Special BlondesIn contrast to the other Koleston Perfect Me+ colours, the Special Blondes are mixed with the Welloxon Perfect developer in a mixing ratio of 1:2. Choose a developer with a peroxide content of nine or twelve per cent. After mixing, the mixture is applied evenly to dry hair. How long the hair colour has to stay on depends on the strength of the oxidation cream and the desired colour result. The Special Blondes can be intensified or corrected by additionally mixing them with the Perfect Me+ Special Mix.
