WERA Tools. Superbly made.. I've a number of WERA tools and every one is an absolute joy to use. The torque wrench is perfect for use on my bicycles, and for mounting optical sights to air rifles and firearms.
Top quality enough said
Very nice grip - torque selection is easy and specific(a nice firm click). When I measured the torque at several settings the actual torque value was consistently 94.5% of the setting which is outside the +/- 4% tolerance spec. I also have a Tektron 5 -200 lb-in torque wrench but it's torque settings measured within error tolerance and was 1/5th the cost. Was torque powerful? I did not understand that question because 5 to 25 N-m is not a strong/powerful torque.
