Werther's Original Cream Candies 3 Pack 150g

Who doesn't like a classic hard caramel?! Now I am 40 now and have some gramma tendencies starting to show. I feel like having these in my pocket and purse could be a great choice for my next gramma accessory. To go with the blanket and reading glasses. Even better if some of them are partially unwrapped with some lint stuck on them, from way down in the bottom of my bag or pocket. Who am I kidding though?! They would never last that long because I would eat them all in one day! So good and so classic!

Haha 😉 BUT, it does happen to be the only form of caramel I do like – and I do actually LOVE these candies. However, they are extremely rich, so 4 stars.

These are weekly indulgence for me. I attend our home church with my family every Sunday evening. Somewhere right after prayer, and right before the sermon, I get to suck on one of these little Gems. They’re creamy, smooth and oh so caramely delicious. They last a fair amount of time in your mouth, so you get to enjoy them for a while. These have been a tradition in my family since I was a child. I highly recommend a Werthers when you need a quick pick-me -up.

Werther's Original Caramel Hard Candies are my favourite hard candy. The flavour is so rich and indulgent. It's caramel flavour is so buttery and creamy. So delicious! Everyone in the family will love this candy! I also love how each one is wrapped separately so they don't end up sticking together in the package and you can just throw some in your purse for whenever you are craving something sweet. I recommend this product for anyone who loves caramel!

Purely medicinal

I was prescribed senna by the doctor for constipation brought on by the use of opioid painkillers for my bad back. Happily I discovered these work much better than senna and faster (depending on how many you eat) and taste delicious! The warning on the packet about excessive consumption producing a laxative effect is rubbish. I find I don't have to eat many at all before they start to work. A handful works nicely or half a packet or so if your need is more urgent. Just think of the money I am saving the NHS! Don't waste your money on expensive constipation remedies. Werthers sugar free are just the job (pun intended). Seriously though, probably not a good idea to give these to your kids (unless they are looking to pull a sickie!)

Sugar Free but Tastes Amazing

This has officially become my favorite candy. It’s hard to believe it’s sugar free because it tastes amazing. It’s not too sweet and just the right amount sweetness. Really comes in handy for those quick moments at work when my energy is running low and I need a quick pick me up until my lunch break.

Sugar Version ?1.50 for 135g

So much for government guidelines to reduce sugar, at ?1.50 for 80g these are 59% more expensive than the sugar version I really like these as a little treat because I am diabetic and the sugar ones are out of the question, maybe 1 or 2 after lunch if I get the urge for some sweetness. Because I eat so few ?1.50 would not be the end of the world. However a 50% increase on the previous price of ?1 is unreasonable behaviour from Ocado. As for the product they are sweet and buttery toffee taste, and if I limit myself to 2 they do not upset my tummy as sugar free sweets tend to, regardless of make because of the sugar substitutes. 3 stars because of the price hike.

The Most Delicious Laxative Ever!

These really are delicious laxatives. Try 5-10 over a few hours and you'll know what i mean. They should prescribe these instead of that awful colon prep before a colonoscopy. These work equally well, but taste way better. They also work fast - colon cleansed in under 6 hours, maybe just 3-4. Way more efficient and tasty than Ex-Lax. Highly recommended. If you dont wish to cleanse your colon or you'll be away from a bathroom, keep your intake under 5, oraybe just 2-3 if you're small.But they actually taste better than sugar. Really good.

My local supermarkets often don’t carry this, and I have a respiratory condition that requires me to have a sucker very frequently throughout the dayEven when my supermarkets do carry Werther’s it’s usually not the sugar free kind, which I really need considering the quantity of them that I go throughSo I’m very happy 😃 to get my Werther’s sugar free candies 🍬 from Netrition - the unit price is the same or lower as what I would pay 💰 at the supermarket, plus I get them delivered to my front door 🚪, which is a major benefit to me since I am partially disabled and sometimes getting out to shop can be difficult
