This fridge serves its purpose, I bought it to camp out in a house we were getting ready to sell. Surprised at how much it can hold. I didn’t need the freezer space so happy to have more fridge space.

I bought this fridge 2 weeks ago as I was looking for a small all-fridge. The amount of door and shelf storage was just what I needed and it would have been perfect except for a dud thermostat. It froze everything I put into it. I tried it first on the MID setting, then halfway between MID and OFF and finally at the just-above OFF setting. It froze milk, water, yakult, fruit salad and Powerade. I have chosen not to replace it but try a different model.

This is a great little fridge, and chosen because the door is reversible, which was necessary due to space limitations. Delivery was perfect as usual from Appliances Online. But then when it came to reversing the door, it turns out the instructions are incorrect! It was far more complicated than outlined in the user manual sent with the fridge. Thankfully I’m rather handy and figured it out, but it took the top of the fridge being dismantled to change the hinge over. You’d think that Westinghouse would get it right.

It would have been great if they told us this thing has a ‘wet back’ function before we bought it. Basically the back of the fridge runs with condensation continuously as some sort of design feature and this means you can’t put things against the back of the fridge or they freeze and cause the fridge to leak all over the floor. Surely if they had to design it this way they could have put a barrier in there to stop the sauce bottles touching the back of the fridge?!?! Don’t waste your money on this junk.
I was looking for a replacement for my 35 year old bar fridge that finally went to meet its maker. This was the largest unit in any brand that didn't cost over $1000. The advantage for me is that it doesn't have a freezer = more storage and no need to defrost. It is whisper quiet and very efficient. The only feature missing is enclosed containers in the door shelves (like butter conditioners).
Ice cold from the get go with heaps of grunt to cool down stacks of food and drink. Thank you for making a fridge just the right size and without a freezer we did not need. The vege crisper really works well. Thank you for making a temperature knob that actually makes sense to read, and actually changes the temperature in the fridge. Has not made a difference to our bills, but be good to see more stars on the energy rating these days. At this price, cannot complain about the vege crisper not being on rollers. No hassle purchase with Harvey Norman and spot on warehouse staff on collect.
Replaced my bar refrigerator with same brand and I am not disappointed. My old one had given over 10 years service and I’m hoping the new one will do the same. Have never been disappointed with Westinghouse. Am thinking of getting small matching freezer.
I needed extra fridge space for specific items, but without a freezer. This fridge with three shelves and a vegetable crisper was just what I was looking for. It was set up for me by Appliances Online and has operated perfectly ever since. It is totally silent and its neat appearance means that it fits unobtrusively in a corner, taking up little floor space. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
