Nice wee jug. The top needs to be opened manually rather than with a button, but it works well. No issues thus far.

Don't usually write reviews unless there is a problem. I've noticed this kettle is sometimes prone to the dribbles when you pour a cup of coffee when it is filled to the 1.7 litre limit. some of the dribbles can come from under the lid as well as the spout. It also has a nasty habit of emitting hot steam from the hinge at the back of the lid. One needs to be cautious or a nasty steam burn can result. Also water from condensed steam at the hinge can dribble down the back near the switch. Don't need much imagination to figure out what happens if the two meet! Otherwise its not a bad kettle though I suggest a handi wipe remain close by to mop up the dribbles.
Quiet and nice. Our first time buying a Westinghouse kettle. Would recommend.
