Lighting is excellent. Zone temperature contol is good. To remove crisper for cleaning the bottom shelf on the door has to be removed. Twisting the ice cube tray doesn't remove the cubes into container underneath. My choice of refridgerator was limited because I only had a space 815mm wide. So this refridgerator is OK as it is 700mm wide. I recommend this refridgerator to a friend if width of space is is limited

I bought this fridge to replace a previous bottom mount Westinghouse fridge which served our needs well for over 10 years. Unfortunately this new model does not live up to its predecessor. The freezer drawers do not glide easily and fall off the tracks. The crisper is smaller than the earlier model and the shelves are spaced at an awkward height. Jars do not fit between shelves at one height but rearranging the shelves makes the height too great.I needed a fridge quickly and on paper this sounds good but if you have more time then Id suggest shopping around.

Needed a new fridge in a pinch. Previous Westinghouse had ran for 32 years since I was a kid - started showing signs of giving up the ghost repair not necessarily an economic option these days. Found this one - took some getting used to with the 'styling' inside modern fridges, but it's fine and meets the need. Initially quite noisy when first running, but it settles right down and seems to have a sort of digital intelligence going on with its cycles (definitely compared to ol' Bessy). The little ice maker trays are nice, but other than that this is a good no-frills fridge.

Very happy with fridge so far, owned for 2 weeks. Chose this fridge cause I liked the design of Westinghouse the most. Was a little nervous after reading so many reviews that the fridge would be noisy, but so far it’s not noisy at all. I live in a open plan small home so i would definitely notice the noise, but it’s a normal sounding fridge hum that only lasts as long as it takes to reach right temperature than it’s silent!! Enjoying the spacious design of shelves and the adjustable shelving on the door is handy, love that the lighting is nice and bright and the Freezer works well. I honestly can’t complain, would happily recommend this fridge :)
We chose this fridge for the good brand name, but have been horribly disappointed. For $1300, I just expected a fridge that would be like my 8 year old one - quiet. Draws that open and close. Doors that open and close. I've gotten none of that. The motor is very noisy periodically, I can hear it from the other end of the house. I can't open/close the draws without lifting the entire draw up (when it's full of frozen meat, I cannot do this). I emailed Appliances Online within a couple of days to ask for help but have had no response. So disappointed. I'm not one to complain very often at all, so please take this as a genuine review.

Materials used internally are cheap and flimsy. 7 led lights in the fridge but nothing in the freezer. Lighting is ugly and shines directly into your eyes. Unfortunately all other fridges under 3k seem to suffer from similar issues. They also only come with a 2 year warranty which is a clear demonstration of how rubbish these things are. The build quality of all fridges in general is worse than it was 10 years ago which is saying a lot. We are now at the point where it's better value to repair or buy second hand. I couldn't find a single fridge to replace this with because everything is now crap. The only choice I had was to return and refund. My advice is not to let them take your old one, because 1. You can sell it for parts yourself and 2. I bought this fridge several months ago. The middle freezer drawer cracked and chipped. Electrolux delivered a replacement drawer which was cracked in several locations during transit. I took both broken drawers in to Binglee and they gave me the drawer from their display fridge.Most concerning was the bottom freezer drawer had shrunk. According to the Electrolux representative this was a known issue. The fix was to have a service technician come out to my place and install a rail extender. The logical solution would be to replace the drawer with one that fits in the tracks and does not shrink however Electrolux and Westinghouse have opted to take the cheaper option and what I would consider a Band-Aid fix. There is nothing wrong with the article itself except not the size I specifically asked for. I gave the salesman the written information on the size of the refrigerator I was replacing. He said he didn't have one on display, looked on his phone and said he had one in the storeroom. As I needed it urgently my son said he would collect it. I paid the money picked up the frig and installed it in the house only to find when restocking it itwas not the size I paid for. As we live outside of town it was inconveniet to return it. I am very disappointed to say the least.
