Westinghouse 60cm Freestanding Dishwasher Stainless Steel WSF6608XB

It's a great dishwasher. Easy to use, quiet, plenty of space.We had to relearn how to stack our dishes and cutlery with a drawer instead of a basket, which is irritating of course.We also had to have a power cable and power outlet relocated to allow the dishwasher to fit against the back of the under-bench space. It's very slightly deeper so it protrudes about 20 mm further from the bench top. This is not sufficient to be cosmetically displeasing, but unfortunately it is sufficient that the touch buttons, which are quite sensitive, are easily (and often) pressed when working on the benchtop starting the dishwasher randomly. Hopefully we will "learn" our way around this.Otherwise, it is the third Westinghouse dishwasher, and we hope for a life as long and trouble ... MoreIt's a great dishwasher. I regret buying this dishwasher. I wish I bought another Bosch, but I bought this because Westinghouse is Australian and it matched the colour of our other appliances in our new kitchen. Where do I start? It does not dry the dishes, whatever the cycle. Nothing fits in it. It has flimsy trays and parts which feel weak and cheap. You can't rearrange the plate racks how you want, only remove them. It has a flat cutlery 3rd drawer in the top, not a vertical cutlery basket option in the bottom drawer, and these cutlery 3rd drawers are time consuming to place each cutlery item into and to unload them, and because it doesn't dry anything they come out wet and spotty, and many glasses (like wine glasses) won't fit on the second drawer thanks to the reduced clearance. The second tray doesn't like larger diameter glasses or cups either. I wish AOL would take it back and let me trade it in on a Bosch or something that actually works and fits stuff in. I have not found a thing I like about this dishwasher other than the outer appearance. The fact I have taken the time to write this review tells you just how annoyed at myself I am for buying this dishwasher!

We have been loyal to Westinghouse for the last 10-15 years. This is our 3rd Westinghouse dishwasher and our last. This model is disappointing in many ways and has a terrible sliding system on thebottom tray, the wheels are flimsy once you get weight on the rack and it diverts in every direction when pushing it in. We have had it for almost 4 weeks now and every time we use it, we say how much we dislike it.The top tray has the adjustable brackets on the side and they hit the plates below, so it prevents the rack going in unless you move the plates. The drying system is not efficient even when you select extra dry. I’ve tried different wash cycles and drying cycles and it very inconsistent.
