Multiple options to choose from. Different types of clothing for different settings. Doesnt make a lot of noise and with the heat pump there is no sauna in the laundry when its on and working. Love it.

Our Westinghouse Heat Pump Dryer was delivered 5 days later than promised and came with a large and noticeable dint. We paid extra to have it fully installed and the first usage saw water pour from the dryer onto our new washing machine and then onto the floor. so despite the extra fee we had to install it correctly ourselves. When we contacted the Good Guys to report our issues no one with any authority would talk to us and they have refused to return calls. Contacted The Good Guys Concierge and they just referred us back to the store and offered zero assistance. Filled out a customer survey complaining of the issues and that also went nowhere and had no response. The Good Guys make noises like they care but it's absolutely not true. First time to purchase from this store. Purchased a microwave and dryer. Microwave was dented and dryer was not in a box. Looks like seconds products to me. I will definitely not be back again. Big waste of my time. Went to Costco instead and purchased products which came wrapped in packaging and in a box and product not damaged.
Clothes are nice & soft when they come out. Amazed at how much water it removes from our clothes. Easy to remove lint from the holder.Instruction book isn't the easiest to decipher. Can't work out how to reprogram my favourite setting & yes even my teenage daughter couldn't work it out!

I didnt weather to go a pump or condenser. I dont use it a lot and its in an outside laundry with great ventilation. I have a king size bed now and needed to upgrade in size also. After months of research I chose the Westinghouse 8kg Heat pump. Whilst it cant be attached to the wall that wasnt an issue for me. I have the option to allow the water to go straight into the sink as my washing does or empty the reservoir after each load.not thats its generally full after each load. A load of 5 towels did fill it more than a quilt cover. Replaced my vented dryer with this heat pump dryer. Clothes come out nice & soft.Takes longer to dry but is much more economical to run.Not the easiest to work out as far as the settings go & yes I even had my teenage daughter try & work out the instruction book! All I wanted to do is change my favouritesetting.Would be better if instructions were clearer, easier to understand and had more information about all the settings.
Very happy with heat pump drier. Experimenting with different cycles. Doesnt always completely dry out the clothes and has to have drying time extended. Still learning - recommend this drier. Ease of emptying water tank and cleaning filter adds to the pleasing performance
Its ok. It does dry things but takes ages. The water tank is impossible to empty which I assume will build up mould over time as its constantly wet. Its expensive for what it is.
This beautiful looking and expensive dryer takes 2 or 3 cycles to actually dry your clothes! Its very frustrating. It also doesnt fit in the same space our old dryer came from- so now sits in our kitchen.
